Our Condo was having a problem with Honey Bees setting up their colonies within the walls of our buildings, which can be costly to correct. In order to alleviate the problem, they recommended we set up artificial hives, which they attached to many trees. With a lure of lemon extract, the bees came and set up their colonies. When the colonies get too large, Pest Relief comes out and carefully removes the hives, bees, honey, and takes them to a bee farm, where they are handled with care. It helps the environment to protect these beautiful creatures. Thank you, Ashley, along with your team. You are all a credit to your profession and to our community, here in Pompano Beach. To those reading this review, and looking for a 5 star company to provide all your pest control needs, please give Pest Relief a call at 954-563-3244. You will be glad you did. Their website is: www.pestrelief.net They have my utmost respect! Bill McGuire, from Pest Relief, was called by our Condo Association, as I had expressed hearing scratching behind our wall. He came right out, surveyed the situation, and decided to refer the critter problem to his capable peer, Kevin from RatBusters. Kevin sent out two nice guys, Art and Patrick. They determined the best avenue of attack would be to make a small square in our inside wall, to set a trap. Oils. Sure enough, the next day, I found a Curly-Tail lizard in the trap. He was removed and I reset the trap. For the next 5 days, the trap was never sprung and the scratching stopped. So, thanks to Bill, Kevin, Patrick, and Art for combining to solve the problem. Customer service is very important to my wife and I and we greatly appreciated all your efforts to eradicate the problem.

I reached out to Tim at Hotline because I thought for sure they must be termites. He responded right away and assured me that he did not think they were termites, which was a huge relief. As he suspected, they definitely were not termites, and Hotline was able to finally rid me of my problem of which I'm super appreciative. I was really impressed at how knowledgeable Tim was ... the fact that he was able to deduce that I probably did not have a termite problem just from our conversation is pretty amazing. The prices are reasonable and response time quick, plus it's good to know I'm supporting a local small business. I am so glad I contacted Hotline and will continue to use them as well as refer them to all of my friends.

He was considerate of the house to not let any pets out or get dirt on the floor, treated the inside with chemicals that were not harmful to children or pets. He then treated the entire outside as well and was probably 1/3 of the price of the commercial big names in the exterminating business. I would recommend this business to anyone with pest elimination needs of any kind.
