Sometimes they leave a note on the door saying they were here and sometimes they just send a bill and say they were here. I live in a condo upstairs. I have asked them not to do this several times. I said I want my unit sprayed inside it does no good for me to pay you to spray my sidewalk and driveway when my HOA already does that. They continue to show up when I'm not home don't make appointments and again I don't always know that they've actually been here because they don't always leave a note. They increase the price and renewed my year without asking first if I wanted to renew at the new price. If they increase the price that's not a renual. They need to ASK. Again someone showed up at least they say they showed up and sprayed my sidewalk... However, the invoice has my signature on it although I was not even home. So how do I know they were even here? Saturday at 730 AM, they aren't even open on Saturday! I am working on canceling my service with them and I don't feel I should have to pay $77.50 when I can't even prove they were ever even here. Also I did not ask to renew at the higher price. Completely ridiculous that they come over here spray my driveway And sidewalk and expect $77 for not even five minutes of work. This company is a complete rip off and now they are threatening to send me to collections. I have sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
