Update: Nozzle Nolen really stepped up after my last review. They fixed the problem by signing Sylvia to be my regular service agent. She is amazing. I always get a text with the upcoming service date. She's thorough and very knowledgeable. She's friendly, polite and professional. And, since she took over the ants and pests have disappeared. I would highly recommend this company. I would also suggest that Sylvia get the recognition she had earned. If all the employees at Nozzle Nolen were like Sylvia, then you would be hands down the best company in Florida. read more

They bill you monthly but only perform their services quarterly, this is not disclosed or obvious as they try to hide this. The first service was great, the guy pulled appliances in the kitchen to spray behind them and climbed in the attic as well as went around the house to remove spiders or webs. The second service the guy just walked around the house with a liquid spray soaking my baseboards all around the house. He stated this spray was pet friendly while putting on his gloves and mask. They came out to inspect and the Inspector seemed blind and could not even see all the samples and live mites I showed him!! He left refusing to treat yet 3 other companies have seem it's a bird mite and fungal fly infestation from the patio and prior dirty tenant with cat hair everywhere!! Got a quote over the phone yesterday from Alfonso which I have a written recorded transcript of everything he said on the phone because I used an app that converts speech to text for the hard of hearing. Requested and scheduled a free inspection for between 10:00am and 12 noon today. A guy named Dave quoted me a much higher price than Alfonso so I showed him the written transcript on my phone. He then went back to his van and spoke to Alfonso and then came back and told me that he denied Alfonso's quote that it must be some kind of mistake when I had the whole conversation recorded yesterday! Pro - they came when scheduled to leave traps. Con - something is now thrashing in our attic and their emergency service cannot locate the person on call. Listening to a large animal going crazy up there is not pleasant and I have a child who won't go to sleep and I doubt I'll be able to either!! read more

If you have any type of insect infestation over the weekend, FORGET about them coming out! I guess they are too cheap to pay their employees to work on weekends even in emergency situations! You get a recording to leave a message if you think you have an "emergency", however, no one calls you back! I had to call a couple of times, spoke to 2 different women and both of them asked me my address THREE times and then said no one will come out over the weekend and they will call you on Monday!!! I am part of an association and they pay for my exterminator so I will be putting in a complaint on Monday!! Also, I will show the pics to people in my community and the board members and hopefully the association will go with another extermination company after their contract is up. When you have so many bugs (I couldn't even count them there are so many) going from one wall all the way across to the other, all over your blinds, baseboards, window sills and ceilings I guess they don't consider that to be an emergency situation! read more

By far one of the worst experiences with Nozzle Nolen. Spoke with the manager of the facility and he sounded annoyed the entire time we were on the phone. He is yet to contact me again about the situation. Will definitely not be back with this company and will let others know about them. Response: Yes I did order 1 room. Which only one room was infected proven by another company and inspected correctly. The fact that your manager only contacted me after I wrote a review was funny because he could careless when I initially called and he said he'd be at my house that day to call me and leave a message (after I left this review) and said he had somewhere else to be that day which I clearly understand if another job comes in you want to take care of your client as well, but I took off work early (losing money) to wait for no one to show up with no call.. Would never recommend your company again. $800 thrown in the trash! Don't waste your time. Disappointing at its finest! read more

South Florida residents please make sure to keep an accurate record of all transactions when doing business with this company. They choose to loose me a customer over a simple misunderstanding. I closed my account and will pay the remaining balance in person in exchange for a written note saying my account is closed. CJ, tech #902, is very friendly and responsive. He should receive the $10 for being a great rep for your company, However, I only gave three stars because of the continued problem with the white fly.
