They broke 4 pipes in my yard. I had 3 floods when I arrived after they had been there. I had just gotten NEW SOD....a fortune! They could easily have dug into the ground first to see where the pipes were. The grass people had to fix the pipes and fix the grass. I could have had Southeast Florida Pest Control, Inc. fix the pipes, but I would still have had to have the grass people put the grass back. Southeast Florida Pest Control, Inc. refused to reimburse me to fix the grass, let alone the pipes. TOTAL SCAM!!! i was scammed!!! Had them come out to treat termites. Did everything they told me to do and had them advise me. I knew nothing about termites and trusted them 100%. They treated my bathroom and within months had to keep coming back. Three times for the same bathroom. They told me they weren't able to treat the top of the bathroom in the attic, as the space was very small. They also said they aren't able to treat one wall in the bathroom as well. None of that sounded right. Scammed and gave them $1,500. Now I have the same problem again in the same bathroom. The owner will not return emails. Left a message with the people in the office and that was 8 days ago as well. Just horrible. Called two other companies and they both said I was ripped off and the treatment was done incorrectly. That's why they had to keep coming back for the same area and now the same problem again. Hired one of the companies and they were able to treat the area in the attic that's SouthEast said cant be taken care of. They were also able to treat the wall that Southeast said cant be treated. Owner did not acknowledge concern when brought to his attention,. He did and said nothing just agreed to cancel service. I suppose 1 customer loss is no big deal to him! read more

What an unorganized company with rude employees! My HOA required a yearly termite inspection for the community. The HOA didn't receive the report, and I've been calling to obtain it. WELL, you would have thought I asked them to explain Quantum Physics! For 2 months, I've been getting the run around. Whoever "Jan" is that works there is the rudest person I've ever come across on a "customer service" call. I spoke with her twice, and she was a nightmare both times. They use to provide good service but now not anymore. Not only do I have ants everywhere despite being charged monthly, they are very difficult to reach by phone. Today we went back and forth with voicemails, my excuse is I am working NOT FOR THEM AND CANT KEEP MAKING PERSONAL PHONE CALLS. They do not answer just have a voicemail take messages. The 3rd time I called back today frustrated the lady yelled at me telling me it is not her fault I dont answer when they return the call. How about answer the phones when your customers call in, how about when your loyal monthly customer calls and says they are being overrun by ants you send someone asap. After 4 phone calls they will try to send someone by the end of the week, try no promises and I was yelled at twice by this lady. I am lazy to find a new company but it is now necessary this place is the bottom of the barrel. read more

BEWARE! They rob you by saying you had an appointment when you did not. They say they showed up and you weren't there. And then they try and charge you for it. Angel, the man who comes and sprays, has my phone number. If we did have an appointment they were supposed to call to confirm and they did not. And even then, when they "were at our house and we weren't home" why did they not call my cell phone? And I know he has my number because we have texted back and forth before. They are crooks and liars! And when you actually do have an appointment, you wait for hours and have to call the company three times to make sure they're still coming. Sometimes they eventually come and sometimes they don't show and try to say the office didn't let them know that they were scheduled to spray your house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! read more

This pest control company was reliable a few years ago but the recent appointments were shocking. They are NOT recommended.They sent a man who came in screaming at me that he knows his job and I should not follow him around my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa. He had the appropriate equipment in his hand but NEVER pulled the trigger. He charged more money than the office quoted for the job and did NOTHING but rant. After I paid him he said he was going out to treat the outside. But security cameras caught him going into his car and driving away. Two days later I receive two emails from the company claiming the check I paid with bounced and they added the money to my bill. My bank confirmed that the check was endorsed with the company stamped and paid when it was presented. I called the office and the staff member also yelled at me that I now them for the service and the bounced service charge. read more

I'll make this very simple. Don't use this company. I signed up for an annual service plan with visits quarterly. When the 2nd Thursday rolled around, I waited at my home for the technician to show up. Nothing. I called and was told that my technician was in the hospital and we'd need to reschedule. Ok, that's fine. I totally understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. Doesn't quite explain why I had to call to determine this, but whatever. So, we went ahead and rescheduled for the next day. They gave a 4 hour window for the tech to arrive. I again waited patiently at my house for them. And again, no call and no show. I called and got voicemail. I left a message saying that the tech didn't show up and I had to leave. Got a call back a couple hours later with an apology and another reschedule. That brings us to attempt number 3 and...you guessed it...they didn't show up again. If the business crashes when one employee goes down, it's not a business that you want to deal with. A bunch of amateurs for sure. Save yourself the time and energy and go with one of the other hundreds of pest control companies in South Florida. read more

I am in the first and last year of my contract with this company. The inspector refuses to come at the designated time. He comes two hours early because he says he has another home in the vicinity. Fine, but he never rings the bell or knocks on the door. He just leaves his card, suggesting he was ready to work when, in fact, he just put the card in the door and ran away. I complained 3 months in a row to the 'supervisor,' who 'promised' to come himself at the appropriate hour. He did not. He sent the original man, who just continued to act as noted above. I moved to SE Florida 4 years ago. When I came down here, I used a national extermination company. Not sure what they were spraying, but I often had ants and palmetto bugs and had to have them come out again and again. Although they did return between quarterly sprayings for no charge, it cost me around 400 dollars per year. After a year and a half, my neighbor suggested SE Florida Pest Control. They are about half the price for better service, and since I started with them, I've only had one palmetto bug and no ants. I also signed up for their service that is quarterly, which includes spraying trees and shrubs and fertilizing the lawn. My lawn has never looked better. My technician is very personable and does a good job. No complaints and I highly recommend them. read more

We have used Southeast Florida Pest Control for over 10 years. We lived in Ponte Vecchio in Boynton Beach and used them when we lived there and they were wonderful. After 6-7 years, we moved to Equus in Boynton Beach and lived there for 3 Years. When we lived in Equus, we received the same wonderful service and they were much more reasonable than any other company. We wanted to downsize from the large Equus home and moved to an over 55+ development called Valencia Shores. The neighborhood paper had another company advertised to do spraying for bugs. My neighbor had said this company was good and that he just signed a contract with them. l don't want to use their name because we have a very litigious society today, but I thought I would try them out on a short contract. Then I started looking at the statements. I noticed the new company had sprayed only every other month (Southeast Florida Pest Control had sprayed once a month for years).I called the "new company" and asked them why they only spray every other month, yet their fees were almost 2 1/2 more. She had no explanation except this idiot woman at the new Company started giving me a song and dance story about Southeast Florida Pest Control being a "fly by night" company. I told her this simply was not true as we had used them for more than ten years and I was very happy with their service and I did not want them (the new company) spraying at my residence anymore, if this was how they got new business. One should not have to lie and knock another company to make them look better. I went back to Southeast Florida Pest Control over two years ago. They are less than half the price, they spray monthly (not every 2 months like the other company) and I never ever have bugs or any problems. Now I hear that someone in the neighborhood made a complaint they must have seen a couple of bugs outside. . . so Southeast Florida Pest Control is spraying FOR FREE EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER IN Valencia Shores. What unbelievable customer service provided by Florida Pest Control! I just wanted everyone to know they are a company that stands behind their product, they go that extra mile for customer service and they are less expensive than the companies that have to lie to compete. I definitely would recommend these people, over and over. If you switched to them, you would be very happy and save money!!! read more
