We texted, we sent e-mails. Nothing. It was not easy to hire a new company after all that time, but someone we know, who is very picky, said this company was the best. We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. Hi Team, Andrew has decided not to reinstate his PC services, citing that Brian did not disclose there would be a reinstatement fee of $141 at the time of their conversation. He feels it was unprofessional that all requirements to resume service were not fully communicated upfront. Andrew has paid the outstanding balance of $47.00, but remains adamant that the reinstatement fee was never discussed. He expressed strong dissatisfaction with how the matter was handled and stated he intends to post a negative review on public platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others to share his experience.
