We texted, we sent e-mails. Nothing. It was not easy to hire a new company after all that time, but someone we know, who is very picky, said this company was the best. We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. I said I did not wish to sign up for service, at which time he insisted I use there services for one month free. I again, declined. He then offered me 2 months free. Then he looked at me and said, "I've never done this before but if you sign with me now, I will give you 3 months free services", at which point I finally agreed because he seemed desperate for me to sign and use your company. When reviewing my account today I noticed there company took $ 53.87 out of my bank on 6-6-2025, and today took $53.87 on 7-5-25 which is contradictory to what Sebastian promised with 3 months free. He said there company would charge $53.87 on 8-5-2025 NOT 6-6-2025. they have violated my trust. 7-8-25 I called Ridd pest control in Raleigh. I ask to cancel my contract since I don't trust them anymore. He responded we refunded your money and payed half off the next month. I told him they can have the money I just want to cancel my contract He said "HE CANT" I noticed that dozens of reviews echo the same experience I had. Deceptive techniques from the salesman = lies about contractural obligations = your stuck and customer service doesn't care. Every negative review talks about being tricked into the service.

The salesman was nice and made me laugh and he was very clear on what I was getting into, they also have a veteran discount I got from my family serving in the army so they have good deals for all, just a great company from my experience will use again next year.
