We texted, we sent e-mails. Nothing. It was not easy to hire a new company after all that time, but someone we know, who is very picky, said this company was the best. We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. But I guess you get what you paid form Glad we made the switch. Plan on staying with them for a very long time.

I'm so pleased with my pest service. Every time they come to spray my lawn or my interior, they are so kind and respectful. In addition if I ever have any problems, a quick call to the office is always answered by a very kind lady Marcy who is a true gem. For example, I called to mention that I saw some small pests indoors, and they were there within the week for an extra spray. Also, I am incredibly displeased with another service I bought prior to knowing royal pest, I'm sure everyone is familiar with Terminix. I already paid the initiation fee for termite control with Terminix, which was around $6000 for doing bait traps, but that is kind of where their service ended. Despite multiple calls to them, I haven't had any luck with having them come out a second time. I was thinking about switching to Royal pest for my termite control however, I already paid the initiation fee with Terminix and it doesn't really make sense to switch back over since I'm only paying a small continuation fee. They offer the traditional tenting which requires you to prep your home and leave for a couple of days or a treatment called DLT (Drywood Liquid Treatment) which is considered safe and does not require any prep or evacuation. We chose DLT which they agreed since there was no evidence that termites had penetrated into our house. There was a slight odor which quickly disappeared. No mess, no clean up, it was great! Since we had termites in the fascia board, they told us to have those boards replaced and to let them know when they've been replaced because they would come out to re-treat those areas. They were true to their word and came back out weeks later to re-treat. They were very professional to deal with.

We had a major termite issue in our house that was misdiagnosed by the last company we had treating…read morethe issue. They tented our house only to find out what we had was subterranean termites. We had Joel come with Apache come out because one of our friends kept telling us that this big local company was wrong and to get a second opinion. Joel came out and did a thorough inspection of everything and was able to find the subterranean termites by looking at a door that wouldn't properly close anymore and noticed moisture in the wall so he investigated that area to which he found some damaged wood on the framing and one thing led to another. My husband decided to cut out a small piece of the drywall and sure enough, there was a lot of damage and mud tubes everywhere. I don't know how this other company completely missed this but I'm glad I listened to my friend and got the second opinion from Joel. We hired him on the spot and he did a full treatment 2 days later. Also, when he inspected the attic he found absolutely no signs of drywood termite. We basically wasted our money and time on a tent... Joel did a trench, drilled everything including walls on the outside and walls on the inside and we opted to add termite stations around the outside as well. Anyone looking to properly protect their home from termites I highly recommend reaching out to this company. Extremely thorough, great communication and shows up on time!
