Bye Bye Termites Could have got 5 Stars Review, it started Well, Andy's Response was FAST, Upon Several Texts with detailed aerial Photos of My Place, explaining that I had 3 Pergolas & a shed Attached to the Building & 26 Aluminium Shutters set in 45 degrees angles, Andy confirmed his Quote of $2,600 for tenting the entire building in 2 Days. I Had an opening the Very next Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday july 10/11/12, I signed by email the contract & agreed upon on $2,600 price, booked them & prepaid a Nice Hotel for 3 nights Staycation nearby. I opened all the Access points to Inside walls, attic & Crawling Spaces for the fumigation gas to work well & on Monday July 10th 2023 10 am, Andy from Bye Bye Termites was here with his crew of 6 to work. Up to here, 5 Stars was in Reach! But within 5 minutes, Andy raised its agreed upon & Signed Quote of $2,600 by an additional $800 = $3,400 Even with Texts exchange proofs showing he was well aware of the 3 Pergolas & Shed, $800 Extra with Andy just Treating me to just leave as He was in a Rush, because Bye Bye Termites had several Tenting jobs to do the Very Same Day & cancel the job after I already prep the place, Closed my Business for 3 Days & prepaid for 3 Nights Hôtel, so I Agreed to the $800 extra & Gave him a Company check for $3,400. With a Bar & Hôtel on Site, I have 16 Fridges 8 for the Suites Mini bar, 8 for the Bar Inventory, filled up with Beers, Wine, Sodas, Juices Water & Frozen Fingers Food, Ice Cream Bars & Cones all Un-opened & 100% air/water Sealed as well a Showcases of Unopened hookahs tobaccos triple Vaccum sealed.
