Bye Bye Termites Could have got 5 Stars Review, it started Well, Andy's Response was FAST, Upon Several Texts with detailed aerial Photos of My Place, explaining that I had 3 Pergolas & a shed Attached to the Building & 26 Aluminium Shutters set in 45 degrees angles, Andy confirmed his Quote of $2,600 for tenting the entire building in 2 Days. I Had an opening the Very next Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday july 10/11/12, I signed by email the contract & agreed upon on $2,600 price, booked them & prepaid a Nice Hotel for 3 nights Staycation nearby. I opened all the Access points to Inside walls, attic & Crawling Spaces for the fumigation gas to work well & on Monday July 10th 2023 10 am, Andy from Bye Bye Termites was here with his crew of 6 to work. Up to here, 5 Stars was in Reach! But within 5 minutes, Andy raised its agreed upon & Signed Quote of $2,600 by an additional $800 = $3,400 Even with Texts exchange proofs showing he was well aware of the 3 Pergolas & Shed, $800 Extra with Andy just Treating me to just leave as He was in a Rush, because Bye Bye Termites had several Tenting jobs to do the Very Same Day & cancel the job after I already prep the place, Closed my Business for 3 Days & prepaid for 3 Nights Hôtel, so I Agreed to the $800 extra & Gave him a Company check for $3,400. With a Bar & Hôtel on Site, I have 16 Fridges 8 for the Suites Mini bar, 8 for the Bar Inventory, filled up with Beers, Wine, Sodas, Juices Water & Frozen Fingers Food, Ice Cream Bars & Cones all Un-opened & 100% air/water Sealed as well a Showcases of Unopened hookahs tobaccos triple Vaccum sealed. Andy from Bye Bye termites provided NO Sealed Bags, Andy Refused that we double Bags all Sealed unopened frozen food to keep them in Fridges & also requested to have all plastic Sealed unopened bottles of water, juices, energy drinks, Margaritas & sealed Ice Cream & else out of the 16 Fridges & out of the Building, all that in total Rush. When his crew was setting up the tent, My Crew of 4 had to empty all in less than ONE Hour, rushed by Grumpy Un-Smiley Andy. As a Result, I lost over $1000 in unopened sealed Frozen Food that could have stayed in the Fridges & it took over 12 hours for 3 of my Crew, to reset all 16 Fridges Suites Mini bar & Organized Fridges & Showcases Storage with all the unopened plastic Bottles & double triple sealed unopened Tobaccos products in their displays reset correctly after the job that was another $800 extra un-necessary expenses. To be on the SAFE Side, I Rented a Professional High Power Steam Cleaner & before te-Opening, we literally Steamed Clean & Whipped Every Inch exposed to fumigation. Still Happy, Termites from my next door Neighbors which migrated into mine are dead others Quotes I had were $3000, $3400, $4000, $5000, some with Extra services like In-ground Sticks termites killers every 6 feet under the building & termites traps killers in the Attic, prior to fumigation for the termites not to come back, this additional services were not included with bye bye Termites, hopefully the 2 years Warranty with 24 hours response time will be honored by Bye bye Termites if the problem re-occurred. At the End, $2,600 Initial Quote + $800 Price Increase upon arrival $1000 wasted Frozen un-open Sealed Frozen Food $800 Cost Extra un-necessary 12 hours+ work for my crew of 3 $5,200 total Final Costs exactly Double NO Sealed Bags Provided to keep stuff inside Out of 95 degrees Heat. NO In-Ground Sticks Termites Killer under the Building NO Termites Killer Traps in the Attic to prevent to use the 2 years warranty. All Done in extreme RUSH in Extreme HEAT on July 10th as Andy from Bye Bye Termites had others Jobs the Same Day & He was unhappy during the all process rushing My Crew to unnecessarily removed unopened sealed Vacuumed Frozen Food, Plastic Bottles & triple sealed Un-opened Tobaccos products in showcases. At the END The BEST Quote Out of 6 Became the MOST Expensive with $5,200+ total Cost. Still 3 Stars, for The Fastest Response Time!
