I was impressed with the selection of quality turf material he offered me. I went with a two tone green with some realistic looking brownish thatch at the bottom. The finished look is a great improvement to my backyard pool area. I'm very picky and somewhat of a perfectionist. The sub-base they installed was flat with no humps and graded perfectly. It was amazing how they went right up to my existing curved landscape edging flawlessly. The seams were minimized and virtually invisible. The concrete under the front pavers for support cracked upon first use And NOW I have notices from the city for the whole project being out of code. Once again, they have completely ghosted us, and we are stuck sorting through this on our own at the moment . If the owner wants to reach out to me, just look at your texts. When they finally came out to check the problem, we were basically told he could lower the grass which would likely cause flooding in the grass area or deal with the porch flooding - both unacceptable options.
