Leon (American Artificial Grass) was very professional and the work was amazing. When I called him to get a quote, he responded immediately. The quick response was important because I needed to get it done in time for my daughter's party. He scheduled a time to come by to show me the grass first. When he came, he compared the grass he had with what I had bought (I had bought a grass from a seller affiliated with Costco, and I was just looking for installation of the grass). But Leon showed me his grass and I could see the difference in quality. (I am still in the process of returning the Costco grass). Leon gave me a very reasonable price (with grass included) compared to other quotes. My daughter's bday party was coming up and he was able to schedule me in time. When the HOA forced me to have to reschedule since work could not be done on Sundays, he found another day. When that day didn't work due to rain, he came the next morning with his team. I wasn't home and he came by and still got it done. He even came back to clean the yard from some debris that was left. I forgot a cake cutting-knife when I met up with him (the cake cutting knife was for my daughter's party). Leon was willing to drive back to my daughter's school to give me the knife. (I told him it was ok and he didn't have to as we had another knife for the party at the school). He still left the knife at my house, after doing a thorough clean up of the debris in the yard. He went way over and beyond. And I appreciate his professionalism, his courtesy, his punctuality, and his willingness to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Leon. (I want to also add that all things work well in the end because before I had called Leon, the grass company affiliated with Costco (Pre Gra) had referred me to a company that was very unprofessional. That guy never answered or replied, and when he did he was always saying he would call me back and never did. But thank God for American Artificial Grass and Leon.
