BEWARE! Have been…read moretrying to get in contact with the owner after he has assured me multiple times that he is going to fix the problems we have with the paver parking pad we had installed. The concrete under the front pavers for support cracked upon first use And NOW I have notices from the city for the whole project being out of code. Once again, they have completely ghosted us, and we are stuck sorting through this on our own at the moment . If the owner wants to reach out to me, just look at your texts. Once this is fixed, I will switch my review. Heading to other platforms to post there as well. Seriously, you guys got our money and left us with a project that is going to be more expensive than you guys putting it in in the first place

They would promise to come out and then not show. When they finally came out to check the problem, we were basically told he could lower the grass which would likely cause flooding in the grass area or deal with the porch flooding - both unacceptable options. I sent another message about providing a plan to resolve issue, and the message went unanswered.

My wife was present throughout and had much the same assessment.

Updating my review after the third visit to fix problems. I guess I should be grateful they did…read morecome to fix them at all. when so many contractors ghost you. But they've been back so many times I don't want them back. Stuff is still messed up and I just fixed it myself. The original and subsequent installation failed so badly after a few weeks that they had to be redone not once, but twice. After the grass was peeling up and flapping in the wind while cleaning with a blower, I was told not to use a blower to clean the grass. When they came back for the third time, they used a Portland cement mixture to adhere the grass, as I now understand is proper. When I asked why they only used nails and boards before, I was actually told "because it's easier". They missed a whole section of grass in the installation, which they had to come back for, and they also messed up the driveway gate cover by installing boards around it. I've had another contractor out to install more grass and I now see what a mess this was. I wouldn't use Instagreen again.

My neighbor used Gator Turf and was very satisfied, and now I know why. I still got 4 estimates…read moreand read all the reviews. I went with Gator Turf. The owner himself came out initially rather than a salesperson. Phil is a great guy, someone you want to do business with. Save yourself some money and get the job done right. I was impressed with the selection of quality turf material he offered me. I went with a two tone green with some realistic looking brownish thatch at the bottom. The finished look is a great improvement to my backyard pool area. I'm very picky and somewhat of a perfectionist. The sub-base they installed was flat with no humps and graded perfectly. It was amazing how they went right up to my existing curved landscape edging flawlessly. The seams were minimized and virtually invisible. The over 400 square foot job was completed in one day with his crew of talented installers. I am extremely happy with the pet turf he installed. My dog loves his new play area. Much cleaner and more beautiful to look at. Very classy. Thank you Phil and the crew. You guys are the best.
