I was there for over an hour trying to be finger printed yesterday. We got the first 2/3 of my hands and the last didn't register. They made me start over where non of the finger prints registered. They keep loading my hands with this goo when I'm ezcema prone, they have no where I could wash my hands after. They kept having me push my hands into the machine when my left hand needs surgery. The employees mocked me and treated me with disrespect when they couldn't admit their machine might be broken. I went to another ups store today where they were not only kind to me but got all of my fingerprints done in 15 minutes. I'll never go back to this store and I'm letting friends in the area know so they do use this store either. This was an incredibly rude experience and none of that happened at the location I went to today. read more

Extremely disappointing! Came in with a valuable, but not breakable, item (jewelry). Employee talked me into having THEM package the item ("It might not be covered by insurance if we don't") for extra $$ even though I'd already packed it in bubble wrap in a box. He didn't tell me was that having them package it would add an ENTIRE EXTRA DAY to my shipping. It wasn't even in the UPS system almost 24 hours later. When I called to ask about the status, snarky manager told me that, since I hadn't paid for expedited shipping ($100 for overnight, $60 for 2-day for an item the size of a cell phone box and the weight of a necklace), they were purposely leaving it off the truck even though it was a tiny item. Had their employee told me that having them package it would mean they wouldn't be able to get it onto a truck at least the next MORNING, I'd have gone with my own perfectly adequate packaging. As it was, I paid extra for slower service. Had he told me it would take 6 DAYS to get a tiny item to New York City, I still wouldn't have paid the $60-100, but I might have gone to the post office instead. After I left UPS, I went to the post office and mailed a GIANT and very heavy box for $17, and it's getting there in 2 days. With this UPS store, I mailed a tiny box for $27, and it's taking 6 days. But "no guarantees" could be a full week. At least it's finally on the truck. When I called, manager didn't want to come to the phone and then was snotty. Said she'd watched the tape, and the store was busy (It wasn't; I was the last person in a line of people). Blamed the employee when it was clearly their store policy not to explain that having them pack it would add to the shipping time. Stay away. read more

So you need to take care of packages. Came here with three different packages to send out and the r process was easy and fast. Initially, there was a line of customers that surprisingly went fast cutting down in wait time. The location had all the items you need to send out your packages and then some. Have our packages to the attendant and he was able to process all three under one bill. Honestly, it was fast and pain free. read more

Next to Publix so the parking is horrendous. I always park far out near Chuck E Cheese to avoid the horrible Florida drivers. No one wears masks, the store is small and always a line. Usually more than 1 employee processing so if the line is to the door, it takes about 5-7 minutes. I only go if I need to return packages. Tip is to print out your labels at home. If you have the store do it, they charge you a little fee. So far, no packages have been lost but always ask for tracking. For some reason, no cell service whatsoever the second your foot crosses over the UPS threshold. read more

They "lost" my package ($200) pair of limited shoes going to StockX with a prepaid label that I dropped off 7/7/2022. Only scan on the tracking number was when i dropped it off aka it never left the store yet somehow went "missing"? It is now two months later and I am still back and forth with customer service in order to find out what happened and receive a refund. After going to the store twice to confront the workers, I was brushed off and lied to.. being told that it did leave the store. They told me " its probably lost, here's the number to customer service". Instead of checking CCTV and seeing what actually happened to the package I was told UPS would just pay for it since it happens all the time. This is the worst experience ever. Pretty sure if they checked the cameras they'd find one of the workers is a thief. read more

Here at UPS you have to pay 7$ to pick up a package that UPS failed to deliver 2 times because it's too heavy so when you take it upon yourself to go get it you have to pay as well .... i visited the UPS store today @ 18495 S. Dixie Highway about 11AM? on Dec 7th 2021in the same Mall as the Publix and Chucky Cheese and was really pleased with the service and patience and professionalism of an employee called Whitney (i believe). The whole team jumped to help each other, worked together, smiled and hustled to get us all taken care of. So refreshing to experience this poise and professionalism especially in this difficult moment, even during this busy season. I went to UPS Store August 9th mailed a package and store claim it was lost but that's not what happen someone in that store stole the item because was going to sneakers company item was valued $650.00 to $1000.00 today is August 17 and no resolution and no refund issued I am so disappointed with the service I have received for a large organization. read more

Horrible place, filthy, incompetent staff. I took a package there to be shipped for a refund to Amazon. After a few days, Amazon notified me the package was not received. Luckily I had kept the tracking number. Unfortunately UPS said the tracking number did not exist. How is this possible? So I went back to the UPS store and they were of no help. The lady who claimed to be the supervisor, manager, and owner (!), basically ignored my problem and walked away. She gave me the phone number for UPS, but that was of no help, since UPS's web site had no record of that tracking number. I gave up and was able to solve the problem with Amazon. Amazon gave me the correct tracking number based on the item I had returned. So if you want to ship a package, go to Staples which is right in the same shopping center. I will never go to the UPS Store again! read more

I have used this UPS twice to send glass antique tea pots, mustache cups and other fragile items. The young man, Adrian, was very friendly, thoughtful and careful with all the items we brought to have shipped. He was patient and professional and all our items arrived safely in California one week later as promised.
