I could not be more happy about my interaction with Impact Signs. From the moment I contacted the…read morecompany Shannon went out of her way to explain the process and find out exactly what I needed. This was a bronze plaque for the grave of my life partner who died in Samoa. It bore an embossed image of his face alongside the text. Knowing that the plaque would be resting in a locality with a humid climate, only a quarter mile from the sea, Shannon suggested the plaque receive (at no extra cost) a special coating to delay the natural oxidation process of the bronze. When the plaque arrived at my home, only a short time after ordering it, I was moved to tears at just how beautiful it was. Impact Signs receives my full recommendation for quality of workmanship, excellent value alongside their competitors and most importantly, for their great care insuring they deliver a product that meets or even exceeds their clients' expectations.
