Never thought I'd leave a review for a ups store but here we are. Everyone here is so nice and helpful, I'll go out of my way to come here.

This UPS Store stays open until 5:30 pm on Saturday which is a rarity as far as shipping spots go. I came in around 4:00 pm and a nice guy name Stanley helped me. He was all alone but handled the crowd and their various requests with ease. I felt safe leaving my packing needs in his hands and he made me want to come back soon! The place itself was overflowing with boxes so it was a bit difficult to find space to layout all my things and get my various packages together. That would be my one warning but other than that, it was a nice experience. read more

I have to tell you that my experience was great! I've had a few not so good experiences at other UPS stores and was almost dreading to go this morning, but had no other choice. The gentleman that helped me was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He made sure my three huge heavy important boxes were packed properly and guided me through the methods of delivery so there was no confusion as to when and how they would arrive. If other businesses in our area operated this efficiently and courteously, yelp would be out of business because there wouldn't be a need for poor reviews! read more

Based on service, I'd give this place 5 stars: This is a great place to go if you don't want to wait in line at the post office (a block away), BUT be prepared to pay more (see below). Based on cost, I give it a 3: Anything having to do with USPS services seems to be more than double the regular price here. If you ask, they will tell you that they add a fee, but if you don't think to ask, you will definitely figure it out when you get the receipt. I will note that, although their pricing dropped them by a star in my rating, I understand that they have to make some profit on USPS services somehow ... I'm just not sure how competitive it is to mark it up so much. I would definitely come here again for non-USPS services. read more

Needed shipping to Boston for items from an antique auction. The packing, pickup, material, and insurance fees were all VERY inflated at this UPS store. I ship every day for my antique business. From expensive cities like NYC and San Francisco. The auction house eventually did the shipping after I complained about the store. Even with expensive labor, it was 40% less. I should have waited three days to go to the post office. But, I was leaving town and had two boxes with ski jackets to return to two different locations. I didn't have boxes so they packed them. First, they didn't do one at a time putting a label on each box so I was eyeballing which one was supposed to go to the correct location. They were completely different jackets and different sellers. Then, they print out one label and all is fine. The second label came up with a different city as he used zip code first. I showed him the box it came in which was the post office and the email from the seller showing the correct city. He kept insisting that was what came up. I was ready to leave with the box, and he said "I'll try again inputting the street and city without the zipcode first". Sure enough the city was correct. Now, for the price: Two small boxes with two ski jackets shipped ground was $102. I asked how much was the packing and box? $20. Insurance was $16, so the shipping was $68. I could have gone to the post office for definitely under $60. I felt totally ripped off. Will not return. read more

Wow, rarely have I met a manager with a poorer attitude. I needed to print some documents but the browser is outdated so I was instructed that I should go to fedex. I replied " Don't you want to be better than the competition?" To which he replied " it works for us" If it doesn't work for your customers it doesn't work for you. Do not order online printing in this store. I uploaded four paper printing for picking up at this store. And when I get into the store ask for picking up, the guy said i need to use the computer to show him where it is. I logged in my email and show him the order letter. He started saying that he forgot to tell me that i need to pay 3 dollars to use the computer. I told him it's for picking up and he should have it ready, so i don't need to use the computer if he did the things well. He comprised a little, saying that i don't have to pay since he did not tell me. But to print the papers, he need to use the computer, which means i still need to pay $3 to get the printing. I was trying to argue and would like to talk to the manager, then he said he is the manager. And he started saying that i made no sense here. I don't feel comfortable with that situation. So i left and talked to the customer service online when i got home. He told me it's should be ready for pick up and the customer should not be charged for anything. It's not big amount of money, but i feel that this store is trying to fool the people and get some extra money. It was a really bad experience in this store read more

Place is a complete dumpster fire! Boxes all over the place. This UPS Store should be on the network show "Hoarders". Do yourself a favor a go to the nice, clean Fed Ex down the street. The only reason I came to this location is because I had a UPS return label in sending my contents. read more

I needed 7 signatures notarized and was told they would be $10 each. When I said that is a lot, I was told it was a lot of notarizing. Then the notary said he would do four for $10 and three for $7. I walked down to the bank and got them done for nothing. read more

Go to this conveniently located shop for all your shopping needs- and as a bonus use their copy center and have some key-copies made! The staff is friendly and highly professional , and worked well with me to create a custom print job in no time at all! Highly recommend!! read more

Some stores just deserve the love they get from their community...it's usually based on service, or the personality of the owner, or location, or, it's just all the above! I've shipped dozens of items from this place. Not once has anything gotten messed up or not showed up where it was suppose to. I guess you can chalk that up to a bit of luck. I like to think the people behind the counter are just doing a great job. This is one of the reasons I love living in the Grove. Thanks guys! read more

I've been a client since before UPS, when there was a Mailboxes at the location, and have stayed on with good results. I maintain a mailbox there get a lot of nice personalized service. For example, it's so useful for them to keep my frequent shipping addresses in the computer, and to be able to just put small charges on my account. I especially appreciate the attention and services of Stanley and Rollie, who are always pleasant and professional. I agree with others to beware doing USPS services here, as the markup is high and the USPS is only down the street. Also agree that the occasional pile up of boxes can be a bit off-putting - but then again, I love the location and the easy parking, so I don't want them to move!! read more

Amazing and terrific!!! We used them to pack up a ton of art, painting and sculptures, to ship long distance. They did it quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. They also transported wooden chests back to their store, packed them, and sent them off to a different location . Finally, I entrusted a gigantic ceramic kangaroo to be packed and sent to an art exhibition across state. It arrived in perfect condition. No request was too much, and they accomplished it all in a timely manner. read more
