We needed a last minute banner and poster boards for our conference and Ana Maria delivered. I did learn about dpi and high resolution. Anyone who needs to print needs to have the correct dpi with the correct pixels/size for printing. I went back probably 2 times. And also proof the print color. The 1st machine didn't exactly match but the larger machine did. Make sure to center your print. Luckily I found someone to do the conversion to jpeg with the correct dpi. I would have given them a 5 but they were short staffed and had a long line. All in all, the outcome was great! read more

I just left the store and I don't really know how I feel about it. The girl that is in charge of print and copy in as well as the FedEx drop off center is not capable of providing customer service which is the main focus in this type of jobs. I was literally there for 17 minutes waiting for her to finish with people that even came after me to do copies, faxes and mailing stuff. When it was my turn to drop off my things she has the audacity to tell me "you could have just left it there"... really? I knew that, but I needed a receipt. She goes "we don't do receipts here" then she could have mentioned that from the beginning.!!!! If she sees me carrying a gigantic box then she could have asked "are you dropping off?" "Are you making a claim?" Etc... anyways. I would just come here because the location but really? Hire people that have more skills. I mean making copies and mailing stuff is not that hard. ----------- Update: the package that I dropped off at Office Depot clearly I dropped it because I was in a rush to get it processed. This girl had the courage to put it in the WRONG BIN! Now my customer is extremely upset and I lost a great sale right there! Please DONT HIRE PEOPLE THAT CANT DO THEIR JOB! Her bad services , not single times I went there w/o a problem.. the girls need more training . Went there to pick up my orders online 3 times and not even one time that they find my order right away , I even received my email that my order is ready to pick up , but by the time I got there I have to wait for them to find my order and the girl end up to re print my order bc she can't find it , I spent 1 hour or more in there just to pick up my stuffs , so what's the point to order online for ??? The very last time I went there I check the shelve where the order pick up should be but I didn't see my order. I walk up to the girl who's working at the printer center to see if my order somewhere , she just told me to go look at the shelve I was jus there !!! I told her I did went there but I didn't see any of mine , she gave me attitude look and walk a way look for my items under her desk where she just stood at ! Just bought a corner desk yesterday finished it last night and the final thing was the drawer assembly and so I finished it with my dad and it turns out one the metal balls on one side that make it snap on to the drawer are broken. The man who was attending me today was a long haired ginger and he spent a good time checking the packages with slight attitude towards us, so I want either a refund or some type of store credit. /: read more

I REALLY hate to give this place such a low rating but despite the vast amount of employees and their kindness, they are REALLY inefficient. I only came to this place instead of OfficeMax to laminate the rest of my favor project because it was on my way to the post office. But JEEZ! I shouldn't have done it... First, they have a ton of employees...but why only two working the registers when there are two LONG lines? What the hell are the others doing? Second, both guys in front of me were complaining: The first guy had been charged double for one item. He claimed it was due to "the many interruptions" the cashier had. The second guy hadn't noticed the frames he had just purchased were broken, so he was returning them. Ok. So, I'm next. When I ask her (the cashier) to laminate my, ahem, project, she asked me if I wanted to have them cut. Excited, I quickly said yes. She was only laminating 2 pages. It took 25 minutes to laminate and cut two pages. It was true, she kept having interruptions. Not only was there a delay, BUT, 4 of them I couldn't use. They were all wrinkled. Why? I don't know what happened between the time I gave them to her (no wrinkles) to the time she put them in the machine (wrinkles). It's a mystery...anyway, I'm going to have to cut them again because she messed up all the edges. *sigh* So, that's my tale and that's why I have given them 2 stars. read more

This is a fairly standard office supply store, and I'm not sure what you're expecting when you shop here. I take away a point because their copy/photo printing center is poorly organized and we wasted a great deal of time trying to get some pictures printed before having to give up because their machine was eating the photo paper. read more

It's incredible how long it takes to print out stuff; you would think the simplest thing would take less than five minutes but instead they take a good 30 Mins per customer. I had to leave because I couldn't wait any longer and let's also point out that the people working within the printing section often leave so they only one person is left handling the long lines. Never coming back here! read more

I went to this location yesterday around 4pm. The only thing that stuck out to me that I felt was quite inappropriate was when the store manager disciplined and complained about an employee in front of myself and my friend. I work as a manager myself and that's a big no no. I felt bad for the kid.. Guess he was a floater ..he rang someone up to help but stepped away before realizing I had walked up to register to pay. The manager then came to register and disciplined me by saying look the light is off that means this register isn't open...but I will ring you up (obviously sounding like I inconvenienced him) he then looked at employee saying he shouldn't of walked away he knows better. It took me 23 minutes (timed) to print out 10 pages. The lady at the business center seemed overwhelmed and even though they had 4 employees standing around, no one offered to help her or help bring the line down. Teamwork works wonders when it comes to customer service !!!!! read more

Omg, quite possibly the WORST office supply store ever. Just this branch, though, not the entire chain! You can't bother the employees to actually help you locate something, don't even ask. And good luck sifting through their wreck of a store to find anything on your own. And get ready to wait for an absurd amount of time because 10 out of the 12 employees are on a break (or AWOL, for whatever reason) while 45 people line up to buy a pack of Scotch tape. I am a very picky customer when it comes about customer service and my experience at Office Depot yesterday was more than great. I felt like I was in Disney. No jokes. the personnel was extremely courteous. They immediately realized that I was trying to find something and approached to me offering assistance. They all smiled (a thing that for me is a must). I felt welcomed to the store! I will only use office Depot from now own, they do have the Customer service I always looked for. I found what I needed (color metal rings). I could not helped telling the cashier how pleased I was with the service and she (Nancy) was really happy about it and asked me to ring the bell and told me what that was for. I did and Everybody in the store made applauded and hurrayed! I love it!! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. Thanks for that training to you employees. This is the store I was looking for!! To please me with great customer service you have to be a pro because I am a customer service specialist And you store past and exceed expectations way beyond! Great Job to all these guys!!
