1 Star Review I've had consistently bad experiences at The UPS Store at 8355 W Flagler St, Miami, FL 33144. Every time I drop off a package, they find a reason to charge me -- even when I'm simply returning an item in the same original box it came in. Their usual excuse is that it's "not the correct box," even though the package hasn't even been opened. This has happened three times now, which makes it feel like a pattern rather than a mistake. Other UPS locations accept the same returns without any issue or extra charge. This store seems more focused on adding unnecessary fees than helping customers. I won't be returning to this location again. read more

I really recommend this UPS store. The employees are always professional, quick and knowledgeable.

My review is based on my experiences of dropping off item for Amazon returns. They adhere to the covid social distancing strictly, for example, only having 4 customers in the store at a time. Alex is there often and has always been very helpful, efficient, professional, and courteous when it comes to the returns. I'd drop off my items or packages to return for Amazon, and they would be taken cared of right away. Recently, another employee named Jonathan has been efficient and great too, making sure that the lines move and customers get helped as quick as possible due to increased businesses from holidays coming up. Not happy that I've sent three returns on the 25th of February and the tracing numbers provided are not showing in the system. Also when attempting to call, no one answers. A message comes on saying the person is not available and cannot leave message. Poor customer service. read more

The best ups store in all dade county. For starters the location is extremely convenient on Flagler close to 87th and even better close to my office. I always come here when I need to ship something out. And I always get the same awesome and friendly guy "Leslie" he is not only nice but very friendly and quick. I happen to go by today to ship out some At&t boxes for a client of mine and my transaction was quick, and did not have to waste time having to drive to the office. Beside shipping They have wifi and a pc people can use (not sure if they need to pay) but it's so convinient to have this here. Thumbs up for this ups store .. great friendly service and quick! I asked to have a package shipped to my home in NJ so that I did not have to drag around with me on the plane and on a cruise. I noticed the person working tossed them into a box, I specifically asked that great care to be taken as the shoes were very expensive. (Chanel Shoes) I had just stayed at The Breakers in Palm Beach and had beautiful soaps, shampoos, and creams. The worker made a joke about me being overly concerned. When I got back from vacation I opened the package to a major mess. The creams were half opened - with no protection in the box whatsoever except some tape around the shampoos. The shoes covered in cream and badly crushed no protection around them, the jacket and shoes completely ruined. I am beyond upset and out of pocket for a large sum of money. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU SEE THEM PACKAGE UP YOUR STUFF SAFELY. I would use a zero star if there was one. IT GETS WORSE- CALLED THEM AND THEY LAUGHED AT ME. read more

Be careful with this store and UPS drivers make sure you keep a receipt of your package and real weight. I have been coming here for months for mostly Amazon returns. I came in January 7th, 2021 to return a couple shirts back to the Amazon warehouse. Its always a fast process they never really look at the items just blindly close and send it off. I came her with 5 shirts total in box that I never close in case they want to check and come to find out almost a month after that the box was found empty. Make sure you keeps receipts and confirm weights of items otherwise will be misplaced or stolen thru the process of UPS. One item was bigger than my body and I was struggling to get it up on the curb so I can get it inside and the lovely man behind the counter, Alex Martinez, stopped what he was doing to help me. He was in the middle of helping someone else when he dropped it to help me and carried the box inside for me by himself. No one does that anymore. The guy there in Saturday morning is the rudest person I've ever met. Not only did he give me attitude, but when someone else came in to try to return a Comcast package he treated him worse. There's no need to be mean and rude to people. I simply asked him if he could read the tracking number on my phone and he said, "Oh my god. All you need to do is make your screen bigger." I had the worse experience in this store, customer service was the rudest person I had never seeing, after being ignored for 15 minutes I asked how much longer I had to keep waiting when he told me to look for another store, I had someone on the phone (using bluetooth) who heard the whole conversation (my witness), that person on the phone could not believe what she heard. Some time ago I went to the same store with a lot of merchandise to send to Amazon, the person working there went to my car to help me out, I thought was very nice when he told me that I owed him $5.00 cash, incredible!
