Metro Signs will be our family's go-to sign/design company from now on. My 7 month year old nephew was recently prescribed a DOC band (a custom cranial helmet that redirects baby's natural growth into a normal head shape). My sister and brother-in-law decided to make the best of the situation and get the helmet wrapped in a Game of Thrones theme since they are huge fans of the show, so we went to Metro. Long story short, I was so happy to see how cute the helmet turned out that I had to post a note about how great they are. A special thanks to Sofia who assisted us. She was extremely attentive and responsive. Most important was that she understood the importance of a quick turnaround as my nephew could not be without his helmet for more than a few hours. They have the worse service ever. I am not the type of person who like to give negative review for business. First we called asking how long does it take to get DOC band cover. They were telling us that take a week to get a design then come back for a printing and put it on, and we can just walk in .So we went. We waiting for the design 3 WEEKS , and still didn't hear from them. I called them at the first week asking did they get my e mail, Sofia who taking care of me said "Yes she got an e mail, but she never reply me. At week 2 I called again asking how is going they said the designer working on it and will send me today. Ok... We wait. Until now, week 4 we still didn't get back from them, and yes we won't wait anymore. If they don't want to give a service, should have refused the first time. I can't believe how they can stay open. I have price checked my needs with other companies and have always found their prices are in the market rate. I don't believe in beating companies up to get over on price then expect a great job afterwards. They are competitive number one, but also just really really classy while providing a quality product. Metro signs give back to the community. They offer free wraps for babies helmets. It is very hard to watch your baby get a helmet to fix a cranial asymmetry. They give you a plain white helmet at the doctor office. Metro signs offers whatever design you choose to make the helmet look customized. Very poor customer service. Needed a strip of vinyl, they said go to a body shop and get it because they would be too expensive and I would have to buy a whole roll even though I needed a 1/4 inch strip of it. Ridiculous...waste of time. read more

What a bad service!!!! Poor knowledge and Zero customer service!!! The sales rep when to my dealership to quote some iluminated and dimensional letter for my main entrance. Took measurement and promessed to send me a quote in two days. After two days i tried to contact him but no response and 3 weeks later he sent me an email telling me that they were not interested in doing the work!!! Why? Too small? Too big? Too difficult? Never knew but what i kbow is that i won't consider them for any job and pleople should know about this experience and this kind of service so they look somewhere else. read more
