So my husband started googling and found Ace. He thought it was worth a try. At about 5:30pm on a Saturday he walked into Sedanos and there was Ace Embroidery. Not only was he able to handle the large bag, but he recommended the perfect font. He didn't even think we were crazy when I called to make sure that my husband spelled our daughter's name correctly. (My husband had this weird feeling he spelled it wrong, he didn't). Service was friendly and we didn't break the bank with our daughter's long name. The bag was ready on Monday afternoon. We love it! More importantly our daughter loves it! She was thrilled. Since that first time we have had my husband's karate gear bag done, 2 American girl karate uniforms and most recently a backpack for our friend's son. Ace always recommends the perfect font for each project and we are always thrilled with the end result. Amazing customer service. Amazing job! Amazing quality! Highly recommend.

I was initially given the contact of Zac seemed so nice and helpful over the phone. I called him when I left my house (mind you I live about an hour away from this place) and let him know I was on the way to check out the signs as well as discuss some other issues we needed to resolve. He was very nice and I told him we could discuss it more once I got there. I get there walk in and ask for Zac and they tell me he is not there and someone else takes over from that point and tells me the signs are not ready and I'll have to be back at 4. Apparently they had printed one and it came out bad so they were working on that one still and hadn't started the next one. I go back and I will say they were kind enough to show me how to set them up (which I've never done before) and send me on my way. The next day at the event I'm setting up (15 minutes before it starts) and one of the pieces jams and I can't get it to go up all the way. My boss called and they sent someone to fix it so that was nice.
