I had SUCH an amazing experience at M&C Embroidery and cannot recommend them enough. They did so many items for my wedding and they all turned out perfectly. It's a family business and everyone who works there is so kind and knowledgeable. They have a great variety of products and really know what they are talking about. If you need anything embroidered go here!!! You won't regret it. read more

Beyond bad customer service. Very rude and unfriendly the person that I talked to. She agreed to embroider 3 towels, one week later when I called to see if they were ready she told me that she decided not to do it and that I should go to pick them up. She was very rude. I felt deeply offended. Why wouldn't she do it? She didn't want to, I don't know why. And rejected my small project. read more

Although they are usually pretty busy, the girls who work the kiosk are always friendly and polite (although it helps if you speak Spanish). The best thing about this place is that there is no setup fee. This is especially useful to me as a business owner, because if I want to put an employee's name below the company logo on their shirts, I don't have to pay a ridiculous fee every single time. For a basic logo, they charge $15 which is quite reasonable. You can leave your article of clothing there to be embroidered, go shop for 20 minutes or so, come back and pick it up. And of course there is *nothing* to do for 20 minutes at the mall to keep you occupied...[insert sarcasm here]. In short, this is a great place with good quality and good customer service. Highly recommend it!

From the moment I reached out, the team was incredibly helpful and professional. They offered expert guidance on digitizing my logo to ensure it translated perfectly into embroidery--something I was worried about since it's a detailed design. They provided quick mockups for approval, and the final stitched result looked sharp, vibrant, and exactly as I envisioned. The quality is top-notch: clean, precise stitching with no loose threads, and the colors match perfectly. Everything held up beautifully after a few washes. Turnaround time was fast (even with a small rush request), and the pricing was fair and competitive for the level of craftsmanship. If you're looking for custom embroidery in the Aventura/Miami area--whether for branding, uniforms, or personal items--I highly recommend Aventura Embroidery.
