From the moment I reached out, the team was incredibly helpful and professional. They offered expert guidance on digitizing my logo to ensure it translated perfectly into embroidery--something I was worried about since it's a detailed design. They provided quick mockups for approval, and the final stitched result looked sharp, vibrant, and exactly as I envisioned. The quality is top-notch: clean, precise stitching with no loose threads, and the colors match perfectly. Everything held up beautifully after a few washes. Turnaround time was fast (even with a small rush request), and the pricing was fair and competitive for the level of craftsmanship. If you're looking for custom embroidery in the Aventura/Miami area--whether for branding, uniforms, or personal items--I highly recommend Aventura Embroidery. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you're thrilled with the final product. I'll definitely be back for more projects!

We have used Ace several times. My husband thought we should try the place in the mall, but I thought that there is no way they could do the bag...all I ever saw there were shirts and hats. So my husband started googling and found Ace. He thought it was worth a try. At about 5:30pm on a Saturday he walked into Sedanos and there was Ace Embroidery. Not only was he able to handle the large bag, but he recommended the perfect font. He didn't even think we were crazy when I called to make sure that my husband spelled our daughter's name correctly. (My husband had this weird feeling he spelled it wrong, he didn't). Service was friendly and we didn't break the bank with our daughter's long name. The bag was ready on Monday afternoon. We love it! More importantly our daughter loves it! She was thrilled. Since that first time we have had my husband's karate gear bag done, 2 American girl karate uniforms and most recently a backpack for our friend's son. Ace always recommends the perfect font for each project and we are always thrilled with the end result. Amazing customer service. Amazing job! Amazing quality! Highly recommend.
