AMAZING experience with Advanced Multi Sign! I needed an illuminated sign for the exterior of my Beauty Salon. From the nice Secretary that took my call and collected my information to give to the sales rep; Daniel, which then answered all my questions and concerns. The estimate was in my budget and It was fast, I was scared of the permit taking too long, because of what my friend's have told me about other companies and the city, but it didn't. they made it seem like it was easy. The WORST company EVER. Stay away from this company. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. LIES ABOUT QUOTES. Sign estimation was 1200 but Final cost ballooned to $2300... for four letter!!!! ON DAY OF INSTALL, was told I needed to hire an electrician AND pay an additional $300. Took them 9 MONTHS to complete work. Stay FAR AWAY!!!! read more

I recently had them fabricate and ship a channel letter sign for a high-end restaurant in Washington D.C. When the sign arrived I realized that they must've crated and shipped the sign before the paint dried/cured. The plastic that wrapped the sign had paint smudged all over the letters, leaving an orange peel look, and scratchy surface, is the best way I can describe it. It was such a horrible mess. I have to add they had the same problem with a sign that I ordered only a few months prior. Also many years before I've had problems with this company but decided recently to give them a second chance (BIG MISTAKE) Now I have to find someone here that will paint the sign correctly, and I know just how costly this will be. The sign cost me $2200 and all I asked for is $500 back so that I can pay a vendor to come in and paint the sign correctly. The manager Ariel was aware that they were at fault of the damages, but told me all that he can offer is a video and to paint the sign myself.(BASICALLY HE TOLD ME TO GO FUCK MYSELF) Can't even believe that. After all the business we've done they pretty much shitted on me in the end. They'll never get anymore of my business. IF YOU CLICK ON MY PROFILE PHOTO YOU CAN SEE THE DAMAGE ON THE SIGN CAUSED BY THEM WRAPPING IT UP BEFORE THE PAINT CURED. HORRIBLE!!! read more

My sign looks great! I wanted both an interior sign and one for the outside. I have a pet store in Hialeah gardens and so i wanted the name of my store, plus paw prints and a dog on the end of the words. I gave all my ideas to Ariel and he went ahead and took all my ideas and put it on my sign. Customer service is amazing, they were all nice and patient with me.
