They also offer Tuesday pickup drop off cycle. I've had to buy a few extra uniform pieces to make this work but for me, it's worth it. So far so good. I put my bag out last Friday and and it was picked up in the afternoon as expected. My clean clothes were returned. I haven't noted the prices as of yet. Dry cleaners charge me 3X what they charge hubby for almost identical pieces. Been fighting that battle for 20 years. So far, so good. I'm a fan.

We had a wedding to go to and needed her suit tailored STAT but when we walked in there they were slammed with prom dresses (prom season). It was a Tuesday and we needed it done by Saturday. I also dropped off a bridesmaid dress and 2 pairs of pants that I would not need until the end of the month (a good 3 weeks). They promised that the suit would be done in time and that was good enough for us. When we went to pick it up, my bridesmaid dress and 2 pants were done also! They rushed up that process as well because they knew I had to head back up to Gainesville. Totally unexpected and appreciated. They will absolutely be getting more of my business when I am down south in the future. The work was quality and the mother/daughter duo could not have been kinder and more professional. After her behavior why would I even stay? She was rough with the dress, extremely rude and even snatched the entire business card out of my hand. There is absolutely no reason to put your hands on anyone. Both my daughters where startled by her aggression and attitude. I am a business owner and would pay thousands before ever stepping foot into this establishment. She is angry and clearly unhappy with her job.
