Also when given the invoice receipt she did not put prices on the receipt it was left blank. When I received the text I was spoken to rudely, cut off by the woman who contacted me. I definitely argued that this was very unprofessional behavior and she claims she is only charging me for two shorts not three? Really almost $100 to take in waist and shorten shorts. The woman told me that I will never find another tailor cheaper? How about scam artists. I have a picture of my original receipt showing zero prices marked down. I will pick up my items and NEVER go to this tailor again. Please do not go to this business, it is a complete bait and switch. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Wonderful for complex alterations (taking it or letting out more than one size, hemming something…read moreembroidered, adding/changing a sleeve or boning) and fairly but not inexpensively priced. They are designers and artists who will remake a garment and make you look amazing! They did offer a small discount for items purchased at Mario Pucci in Boca which does not have in house alterations. They took in my wedding gown about 4 sizes (GLP1 LOL), hemmed it from the waist, added an off the shoulder sleeve, an internal corset for support (after I nearly lost it when the alterations person at the bridal salon suggested I wear my wedding gown with a sticky bra from Amazon), and replaced some stiff scratchy tulle with softer tulle to depoof and make it more comfortable, bustled the train, and yes it was $1300 of alterations on an $1800 dress but I looked amazing and I loved THIS dress way more than the $3K+ ones I tried on that still would need alterations. They also did my engagement party dress, really complex panels some embroidery embroidered - to hem they completely took the panels apart in 3 fittings (so don't ask them for last minute work) and put it back together to shorten and you can't tell it was touched. And several other dresses that fit absolutely perfectly and have become my favorites. BONUS - so many dresses these days come with those stupid looking self/tie fabric shoulder straps .. come to Fit on U to have that tie made into a fixed strap w a flutter sleeve crafted from the extra fabric from the tie! I'll see you ladies at Fit on U again soon, I've got a couple more complex hems that need hemming (I am short but love embroidery so sorry not sorry!) that I've been wanting to wear but need your help with :)

Stay far away from this place…read more My daughter was sent here by the dress shop where we bought her prom dress, and that was the first mistake. They completely took advantage of a 17 year old kid who was excited about her dress and trusted them. They talked her into a bunch of alterations and charged $450. What did we get for that? They butchered the dress. They cut way too much off the back straps so it no longer ties the way it was designed, and they removed the original manufacturer zipper to lower the back. When she got home, the bow couldn't even be done anymore and the "new" zipper they installed was already broken. We brought it back, and instead of owning it, they flat out denied touching the zipper, even though it was obviously replaced. Then they had the nerve to charge another $95 to "fix" it. At that point the original dress shop had to step in and call them out. Only then did they put the original zipper back in and still charged the full $450, didn't even complete the work they promised, and added another $65 charge for a "repair" they claimed they never did in the first place. So let's be clear: they overcharged, damaged the dress, lied about it, and then charged even more to cover their own mistakes. This isn't just bad service, it's dishonest, predatory behavior. They saw a young girl excited for prom and treated her like an easy target. Crooks. Liars. No accountability. Do not use them.

I know it was a small job, but Dee and her assistant were still very nice and professional. I was very impressed with how they treated me. Surprisingly, in only a few hours, I got a text message that my shirts were done. I picked them up soon after and they were perfect! This business now has my recommendation and all my future needs.
