My dryer broke and I had no choice so I googled the closest one to me and stumbled upon this place. It is a decent sized laundry mat. They do not take coins and will not change coins out for you. There is a machine for you to purchase a laundry card $1, you'll need this card to start your washer & dryer, and you load with either cash or credit/debit card. Washing machines are $6.50 for the smaller ones and $6.99 for the bigger ones. And the dryers are $.25 for every 7 mins. 1 full load you'll need about 30-35min for it to be completely dry which wasn't bad. At my previous complex it was $2.75 per load which was dirt cheap so I was kinda shocked at how pricey the washers were here but hey you gotta do what you have too. There isn't plenty of seating inside. It is equipped with a good amount of washers and dryers. They do have a few reserved for the workers. There's an atm inside. They do sell detergent and fabric softener in case you forget to bring yours or you can go to Gaia or Family Dollar in the same plaza. They offer a drop off service not sure the pricing on that but they do wash/dry/fold for you. They also have carts on wheels to help you get around with your laundry but they are very limited on them. Once we arrived we didn't get greeted nor helped, a stranger had to tell me how it operates (the card, pricing, etc). The lady up front eventually came around and asked if we got everything loaded but by that time our stuff was in the dryer, 30 mins later. Place was decent enough. They do have late hours which is good for those working late.

I went to a Hispanic lady up front and said that the card wasn't working and she said "if it's not working you lost your money.... " I had 32 dollars on here cause I added 20 dollars to the card today.... And now I can't even get it back I said theres a barcode on the back is there a way you can check in the computer or somewhere that I got money in it and I can get another card or at least my money back and she said "no it's lost" that's unbelievable they should have kept it like before when it was quarters.... And the same thing happened to someone else earlier and she lost her money as well...

I believe they also offer a pick-up and delivery service as well but I haven't tried it before which is a great option. They also try to work with you if you require rush service. Personally, I don't even live in the general area but I make the drive over there for my dry cleaning service whenever I head to the Parkland area. However, with that said... I do have to let my yelpers know that IF you decide to do any alterations here, please please please make sure you are specific about what you want and make sure you either try it on afterwards or at least look at your garment before leaving. I made the mistake to just grab and go since it was covid times and didn't look at it until I got home. The shirt was way too short. But I just decided not to make a stink about it and chalked it off as a loss since I didn't check it. But I'm sure that if I went back they would have been nice enough to try to fix it.

However, lately I have been experiencing a distinct change in the quality of service, which coincided with the takeover by new management. Specifically, I came to this place primarily for two reasons: 1) they offered same day service as long as you got your stuff in before 8:30 am and 2) they were open over the entire weekend. Sure they charged a premium, compared to other dry cleaners, but as long as they had these convenient services I was willing to continue to use them. However, they no longer do same day service and, starting Nov 1, 2009, they will no longer be open on Sundays. Less service while still paying premium rates? I think I will be looking elsewhere.
