I have been to a laundry mat probably once in my lifetime as I've always had one in my home or on my apartment building. My dryer broke and I had no choice so I googled the closest one to me and stumbled upon this place. It is a decent sized laundry mat. They do not take coins and will not change coins out for you. There is a machine for you to purchase a laundry card $1, you'll need this card to start your washer & dryer, and you load with either cash or credit/debit card. Washing machines are $6.50 for the smaller ones and $6.99 for the bigger ones. And the dryers are $.25 for every 7 mins. 1 full load you'll need about 30-35min for it to be completely dry which wasn't bad. At my previous complex it was $2.75 per load which was dirt cheap so I was kinda shocked at how pricey the washers were here but hey you gotta do what you have too. There isn't plenty of seating inside. It is equipped with a good amount of washers and dryers. They do have a few reserved for the workers. There's an atm inside. They do sell detergent and fabric softener in case you forget to bring yours or you can go to Gaia or Family Dollar in the same plaza. They offer a drop off service not sure the pricing on that but they do wash/dry/fold for you. They also have carts on wheels to help you get around with your laundry but they are very limited on them. Once we arrived we didn't get greeted nor helped, a stranger had to tell me how it operates (the card, pricing, etc). The lady up front eventually came around and asked if we got everything loaded but by that time our stuff was in the dryer, 30 mins later. Place was decent enough. They do have late hours which is good for those working late. read more

I'm highly frustrated..... I was washing my clothes once my clothes was done then I went to dry them. I put one to dry then for the second machine right after it said bad card.... I went to a Hispanic lady up front and said that the card wasn't working and she said "if it's not working you lost your money.... " I had 32 dollars on here cause I added 20 dollars to the card today.... And now I can't even get it back I said theres a barcode on the back is there a way you can check in the computer or somewhere that I got money in it and I can get another card or at least my money back and she said "no it's lost" that's unbelievable they should have kept it like before when it was quarters.... And the same thing happened to someone else earlier and she lost her money as well... read more

If there was no stars I would give this place no stars I went in to clean my king size UGG comforter set that specifically says dry clean only on the tag!! when I told the lady I needed it cleaned she said she dosent know the price until owner comes in later that day and she would call me if the price changes. ...but when I picked up my comforter set I found out she washed it and threw it in the dryer!!! and did not dry clean it now my $200 UGG comforter set is ruined the Faux fur feels burnt off and she does not want to pay for it when it is specifically her fault she does not pay attention to labels or customers request and is not taking accountability for your actions I will definitely be taking this up in court! read more

I'm not one to write a bad review, but you closed early with all my clothes in there. i have no bed sheets and no clothes to wear for tomorrow. i was outside waiting for my clothes to dry and walked in and lights off. Also, people were not allowed in after 9pm and the place closed way before 10:30. i came back at 10:26pm and you kept my 4 loads inside. I have to leave to work at 5am and place doesn't open until 7am. How could this happen. There's no cameras and no supervision. This is horrific read more

I haven't been to a laundromat in many years. My two king quilts dictated that I come. This one is immaculate, comfortable (if you like hard, plastic benches but consider the venue) and pleasant. The variety of sizes of machines make it extremely convenient. The machines make it worth the trip. The employee was very pleasant also. I highly recommend. Good value for the money. read more

I have been coming here for 20 years to drop off my comforters to get cleaned. They are under new ownership now and the new owner was super rude calling me a liar about the size of my comforter. She got out a tape measure and tried to say I was lying about the size and wanted to charge me $25more! Will not be returning! read more

My clothes came back shrunk and faded like they washed them in hot water on purpose after I specified cold. Unfortunately there is a serious language barrier and no one there can even communicate to correct the problem. read more

Clean, large, spacious, attended laundromat tucked in rear of Sandalfoot; only one extra-large capacity washer and dryer for bulk items such as quilts, but multiple large, double-load and single-load machines for those in need, two change machines, soap dispenser, a few tvs and seats...nice enough place, well run for the genre. People use too much bleach in their runs, so it his is not an optimal choice for expensive duvet covers (yep) but c'est la vie. read more

If I could give this Laundry Mat less than a one star I would. I brought over sheets and towels and when they got back to me, they smelt as someone ran my dirty sheets in a dryer. When I called the owner, she told me they use red tide. The sheets didn't smell like tide at all. She was rude about it and absolutely unprofessional. Note: This is listed as Super Laundromat on Google maps. Unsure if that's the old or new name, but the location is the same. Not the worst laundry I've been to. Nowhere near the best. The good? Location is easy to find on 441S/Hwy 7. 5-6 plastic chairs to use while waiting. The iffy? Decent amount of parking spaces... all which require walking at least 50-100 ft into the front door (just an FYI for those who aren't as mobile or strong... bring a basket/small dolly with wheels). I saw plenty of older women struggling to carry large bags. The bad? Washers are pricier than some laundromats ($2.50 for double load (that's only 2 loads), $3 for slightly larger washers, unsure if there were giant washers charge). Cramped, small place which was very crowded with people when I visited on Sunday at noon. It's so crowded, many folded their clothing directly out of the dryers into their carts as there wasn't enough table space. Staff is completely indifferent to patrons & patrons aren't friendly in the least... not an ounce of small talk to be found. The bad? I had 1 small load of laundry (my w/d broke in my new apt) so the very large dryers (all 25-cents for 9-min... they're all the same giant size) easily fit my very small load. It took $1 & 36-min to leave my clothing damp dry. I had to return home to hang 1/2 of it up on hangers to dry. It may be just the 1 dryer not working optimally, but 25-50 cents max should have dried a very light load. Would I try again? Nope. I have a new w/d in my apt, but if I needed a w/d again, there are too many other places in the area to try. Note: This place is nowhere as neat & clean & organized as the posted pics... they must be from long ago. 2* out of 5. Nothing special. Too cramped, my dryer wasn't optimal, the constantly crying, screaming 4-yr old whose mother didn't give a hoot for the last 15-min made me glad I remembered earphones & my smartphone. I've dropped off my laundry and they do a very nice job of washing and folding for me. They do use a non-scented soap if you ask. The people are lovely. If you call and come early, it can be done in a day. They have done a soiled comforter in one day for me. The machines are kept clean, with lots of machines and carts available. I brought three large kitchen trash can sized laundry and the drop-off laundry service cost me only $31 since it is $1 per pound with $10 minimum. I also brought hangers for my nice clothes. The blonde brazilian lady at the counter was very warm and friendly and told me that my laundry should be ready the next day if not earlier. She called me a few hours later to say she was finished and I could pick it up that day or the next. My clothes smelled fresh, looked new, and folded and hung the way I wanted. I definitely never waste a day doing laundry myself and will be happy to use this service again! They are open 7 days per week, 7am-11pm which is very convenient! read more

I've visited only once, a few days ago. I met the owner directly, very sweet and accommodating. I was blown away how clean this facility was! MORE IMPORTANTLY...the washing machines were spotless. What do I mean exactly? The rubber top you lift when putting in your detergent, was clean! I've been only to a few laundromats in my time, and, ALWAYS, these rubber tops are LOADED with mildew/mold. I had them wash/fold (not dry clean) a queen size quilt. It looked great. I even received it sooner than quoted; pleased with the overall service for sure. I do think, however, what they charge is too high. Let's face it, it is one item, simply ... wash, dry, fold. $20 for doing only that (even including their detergent) is too expensive. Had a load of clothes and a broken machine so visited this location for the first time. Very clean, neat, good looking. Attendant was very pleasant. Not wanting to wait hours decided to try their wash, dry, fold service,. Price was $2 a lb with 10 lb minimum. Had 22 lbs. Separated the load and let them at it. Came back the next day and was absolutely impressed. Every collared shirt was very clean, not ironed but hung before it would wrinkle. Rest of the load was spotless, smelled fine, and folded better than anyone I have ever seen fold. They made a 22lb brick of the load and it was the easiest thing to put away as compared to my usual grab it from the laundry hamper and throw it into the drawer in a big mess. Very impressed with the service, and especially the final product. Did not expect this level of professionalism. Will be back again. Well worth the extra few bucks for a neat drawer of clothes. read more

Summary: Nice enough for a public laundromat. Long version: I needed to wash a King-size comforter that wouldn't fit in the machine at home, so came here looking for a commercial-size machine to use. This laundromat has six sizes of washing machines, priced as follows: "Single Load": $2.75 "Double Load": $3.00 "Triple Load": $4 "Super Load": $5 "Mega Load": $7 "Super Mega Load: [out of order] The dryers are available in two sizes, with the regular size being large enough for my big quilt, and a larger one that seems like it could accommodate a small car... :-) The regular-size dryers currently cost $0.25 for 7 minutes, and the large-size dryer costs $0.50 for 7 minutes. The facility is reasonably clean, and has a large number of machines, so there was no waiting even at 1 PM on a Saturday. Everything takes quarters, but the change machines on one wall (supposedly) take everything from $1s to $20s. There is a Coke machine on site ($1 per can), and arcade games if you're desperate to pass the time. They have 2-3 TVs tuned to CNN as well. There is an attendant (a very nice/helpful older woman, when I was here), and a wash-it-for-you service is available, though it costs much more than doing it yourself (my King-size quilt would be "$20 and up", according to the sign). There is a restroom (see attendant for key), but I didn't try to use it. All in all, pretty nice for a public laundromat. I'd definitely come back the next time I need to use a big machine. read more

They often finish the dropped off clothes well before the time they say which is awesome. Cash only sucks but if you go knowing that it's no big deal.
