What insued was formal chaos. Business was packed with clients at 10am. It appears like parking , everyone starts at closest machines to door and stake their area. The place is lined in center with washers of different sizes and along the south wall are large commercial dryers. Those rolling carts are everywhere and people use as blocking devices. Washing was 3.50 up and drying was 2.00 per cycle. Best to add a couple quarters at that time or you will have to add full amount for dryers specifically. Place is clean overall with limited folding tables and chairs for sitting. No formal sitting area other than 2 chairs at back. Restrooms appeared available. Attendants were available and assisting. Overall more than average rating, but unlike some new bigger facilities where space is appreciated, around so many people and lack of manners and any politeness. We actually had one individual come up and start using our dryer while still with time as we tried to shift another dryers holding to it. No apologies and no basic request. Wasn't worth a battle over his bad habits.

What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.

I have been to a laundry mat probably once in my lifetime as I've always had one in my home or on…read moremy apartment building. My dryer broke and I had no choice so I googled the closest one to me and stumbled upon this place. It is a decent sized laundry mat. They do not take coins and will not change coins out for you. There is a machine for you to purchase a laundry card $1, you'll need this card to start your washer & dryer, and you load with either cash or credit/debit card. Washing machines are $6.50 for the smaller ones and $6.99 for the bigger ones. And the dryers are $.25 for every 7 mins. 1 full load you'll need about 30-35min for it to be completely dry which wasn't bad. At my previous complex it was $2.75 per load which was dirt cheap so I was kinda shocked at how pricey the washers were here but hey you gotta do what you have too. There isn't plenty of seating inside. It is equipped with a good amount of washers and dryers. They do have a few reserved for the workers. There's an atm inside. They do sell detergent and fabric softener in case you forget to bring yours or you can go to Gaia or Family Dollar in the same plaza. They offer a drop off service not sure the pricing on that but they do wash/dry/fold for you. They also have carts on wheels to help you get around with your laundry but they are very limited on them. Once we arrived we didn't get greeted nor helped, a stranger had to tell me how it operates (the card, pricing, etc). The lady up front eventually came around and asked if we got everything loaded but by that time our stuff was in the dryer, 30 mins later. Place was decent enough. They do have late hours which is good for those working late.
