I then tried 3 dryers that did not work. I was actually having a hard time finding a working big dryer. Loading and unloading a big, wet, comforter from one machine to another was not fun. I thought it was just me but I heard others with the same issue. I wish they had a not working sign on them. The customer service is not so friendly here. She did do her job, however it was more like you are interrupting my work attitude.

The smaller washes are a lot less expensive at $3.65. It's a very efficient way to get all of your laundry done quickly. The thing I was so amazed about the place is that it's air-conditioned. I've been to other laundromats that are not air conditioned. Plus, it's extremely clean and located conveniently on Federal Highway. I know some people just take their comforter to dry cleaners but there's nothing like the smell of a freshly washed comforter. Plus, it was much cheaper than taking to the dry cleaner.

It was spacious and clean. The dryers might need to be cleaned because many of them have an odor, not stinky, but not fresh which is odd considering it's a dryer. What insued was formal chaos. Business was packed with clients at 10am. It appears like parking , everyone starts at closest machines to door and stake their area. The place is lined in center with washers of different sizes and along the south wall are large commercial dryers. Those rolling carts are everywhere and people use as blocking devices. Washing was 3.50 up and drying was 2.00 per cycle. Best to add a couple quarters at that time or you will have to add full amount for dryers specifically. Place is clean overall with limited folding tables and chairs for sitting. No formal sitting area other than 2 chairs at back. Restrooms appeared available. Attendants were available and assisting. Overall more than average rating, but unlike some new bigger facilities where space is appreciated, around so many people and lack of manners and any politeness. We actually had one individual come up and start using our dryer while still with time as we tried to shift another dryers holding to it. No apologies and no basic request. Wasn't worth a battle over his bad habits.

It's a bit inconspicuous because there is no branding on the outside, it just says Laundromat. But I did see a van that said Oasis Laundry in the parking lot so I assumed this was the place. I was glad when I walked in to feel that it was cooler than the outside. It's a hot day. So they do have AC inside, but as you imagine for a laundromat, it is a lit a bit humid inside as well. One thing you'll notice right away is they have several washers of various sizes. You could get a large washer medium, or small. They all cost various amounts with these smalls being $4.50, the medium $6.50 and the largest approximately $8.50. I used the small washing machines because I did not have a lot to wash but I needed to distribute amongst three loads. Which ran 23 minutes. What's cool is you can pay via app. They have a QR code that you can scan to download the Huebsch app. From there, you can load money onto the app to pay for your clothes. I was a bit confused about where to put the laundry detergent since I had pods versus liquid or powder. The attendant was very helpful. She came over and showed me what to do and also in what order. I really appreciated that! Not bad!

When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.
