They sent us an invoice for the dry cleaning. I had an issue with the charge for the seat covers they did for us, and emailed them. I didn't get a reply, so I emailed again... actually 2 more times. They finally replied and apologized to me for not responding. They said they are not "discount" and charge accordingly. I will not do business with a non-responsive or a business who doesn't value customer feedback. Sorry, this is just a personal choice, there are many other dry cleaners for me to try.

I entrusted this dry cleaner with five high-end garments valued at over $3,000. When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.

Granted, I wear shorts and the occasional polo shirt to work (I always wear a shirt, just occasionally a polo), so my dry cleaning is limited to the occasional suit or tux wearing, but my wife wears all that business woman gear daily, so they take great care of us regularly. These guys own only this one store, so they focus on superior customer service and they exceed at it.
