They sent us an invoice for the dry cleaning. I had an issue with the charge for the seat covers they did for us, and emailed them. I didn't get a reply, so I emailed again... actually 2 more times. They finally replied and apologized to me for not responding. They said they are not "discount" and charge accordingly. I will not do business with a non-responsive or a business who doesn't value customer feedback. Sorry, this is just a personal choice, there are many other dry cleaners for me to try.

I am heading back there to see if my clothes are there and to retrieve the clothes that I just dropped off. I will not pay for rude service from anyone regardless if they speak good English or not.
