Came in here to do laundry and they are very rude and impolite. Multiple times I have come in here to do laundry and they have taken my personal items and moved them. Workers are allowed to come in and kick you off of the tables whenever it's most convenient to them. Unless you are Hispanic, do not come here expecting to be treated fairly. I have never been to a laundromat before but I can say that my first experience here was a positive one! The place is clean and the owners are very friendly! It is really warm in there though so just be prepared to sweat a little. There are many machines and so many different sizes so you're bound to find an open machine and one that will accommodate whatever size load you may have. I would definitely go here again. read more

The first thing you should know is that you cannot get laundry detergent here. (Thankfully, there is a middle eastern grocery in the same plaza with a limited selection of detergent.) The second thing you should know is that if you use the detergent dispenser, it will steal your money and when you call the customer service number listed on the wall, the man helpfully suggests using the bent hanger that he has so conveniently placed just for the purpose of fishing the product out of the wall. So a) he knows it doesnt work and b) he has no intention of fixing it or refunding your money. If you get past all of this, the wash and dry machines are fine. The dryer gives you 8 min for a quarter. read more

I do not recommend this place to anyone, particularly if you are washing white/delicate items. This is based on my first (and definitely last) experience. I indicate to a person working there that the white item I washed came out with dark lint and hair. He laughed and said that to fix it I needed to pay for personalized services. I haven't been to a laundromat in a long time, and was very happy with the customer service at Boca Laundry. When I came in and was looking around to get started, a manager greeted me and helped me. He showed me where to add the detergent and how to get it started. Very simple. There were plenty of washers and dryers available and they were installing new extra huge washers along the back wall. This place is garbage. The first time I came, I had no issues whatsoever. I thought prices were a little steep, but it's 24 hours so the convenience factor swayed me. The second time I showed up the dryer ate my money. So mad. Now this third time the washer didn't finish my spin cycle so I have soaked clothes that will cost my double to dry! Only 50% of their washers and 56% of their dryers are in 'working' condition. There is never anyone who works here. It's just garbage like I said earlier. This will be my last visit, but please don't make the same mistake I did. read more

The machines here don't exactly work. Sometimes they do but I found many of them just take your money and don't operate. The place is unmanned, so there's no one to help when that happens and the listed phone number is disconnected. Tried calling the numbers on the wall inside and those go directly to a voicemail that I doubt anyone even checks. Wouldn't be bad if there was just someone to get your coins back, but as it is they're basically just stealing from you. So... Boca Laundry is run by thrives and thieves get no stars. read more

I have used their services a few times for our medical clinic. We received our laundry back with very large stains all over them. They did not call or tag these items separately. They did not identify them as significantly stained when they received them. I received no call or inquiry as to how to proceed or if I wanted to assume the responsibility for the damage (if any) or if they couldn't get the stains out. When I called about my laundry concern they told me it was not their policy to take care stains separately, or notify customers of stains ahead of time. When I asked to actually see the policy there was none. They said it was just understood. I asked for a refund for cost of laundry service for the items that were damaged. I received no refund. If these items were stained they should have been separated and either sent back or an inquiry as to how to proceed. This was unacceptable and the follow up to my concern was also unacceptable. We will not be using their service nor do I recommend it. read more

STAY AWAY! That lone 5 star review must have confused the business because they don't provide laundry service here. It's all self-serve and it's BAD. Half of the washing machines have "out of order" signs. You have to gamble on the ones that don't because a lot of them don't work either. Some just take your money and refuse to turn on. Others turn on but don't spin at all! It's $2 PER WASH so it gets expensive trying to figure out which machines work. The same goes for dryers. About half have "out of order" signs, and you have to gamble on the rest. Some don't turn on. Others the door doesn't close so you can't turn it on without closing. There's no Wi-Fi even though it says "free wifi" in huge letters on the front. There's no number to call to complain or request your money back. All there is is a fake website on a banner that takes you to a parked domain. I've kept coming back because it's just across the street from me and I was hoping that the "New Ownership" sign would mean change for the good. But so far it's gotten WORSE. After spending $12 today and managing only to get ONE load of laundry done, I finally had enough. I will never be coming back. I'd rather walk a few blocks down the street to the next closest laundry place than to return here. read more
