When I found this dry cleaner I was just in the area and saw that they were new and moving in to the shopping center. I stopped in to talk to them to find out when they were opening for business and decided that I would try them out. Let me tell you, I won't use anyone else. I had shirts with collar stains and no on every could get them out. When I got my shirts back back and they looked brand new. The price was great and the turn around time was fantastic. I couldn't and wouldn't go anywhere else but Emma Rose. I highly recommend this business. Update after more visits: 9/6/18 I've been using this dry cleaner since they opened. I've used many different drycleaners since I came to Florida in 2004. Out of all the dry cleaners none of them I really had bad service at or any reason why I wouldn't continue using them but I've never had a reason why do use one more than any of the others until I came to Emma Rose's. The staff is the most professional I've ever seen at a drycleaner. The quality of the work sets the bar for what you should expect at a high-quality expensive drycleaner though this drycleaner is not expensive. I tell everybody I know about this dry cleaner because I'm always left with a great feeling when I pick up my items. I had shirts that had stains on the inside of the color from sweat from when I was doing business outside and I had other dry cleaners that could not get the stains out. Then I went to Emma Rose's I have no more stains. I would highly recommend this business for anybody that is looking for a do it right the first time quality and great price drycleaner. I strongly recommend that you bring your dry leaning here. I have many men's dress and sports shirts dry cleaned, along with my suits and pants. Their work is outstanding. And when you bring your shirts in, SAM or his son place tape on the areas which are stained, to assure that those areas are given extra attention. I've never gotten a stained shirt back. As to price, all dry cleaning is expensive. I've used dry cleaners who did a mediocre job and they were still expensive. That being said, this is not a discount dry cleaners. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I brought in a cotton shirt that I have had cleaned there several times before without any issue. The care label clearly indicates that it should be washed, not dry cleaned, and that bleach should never be used. When the shirt was returned to me this time, the collar and underarm areas had noticeable yellow staining that was not there before. It appears the garment was treated with chlorine bleach or another improper process, which can react badly with cotton and perspiration-related residue and permanently set discoloration. I brought the shirt back, and they sent it out again. A week later it was returned in the same condition. At that point, I purchased the exact same replacement shirt and provided proof of the $77 cost. I was not asking for cash back. I simply requested a store credit toward future cleaning. That request was refused. What made this even more frustrating was learning that none of the cleaning is actually done on site. The garments are sent to an outside facility. When I spoke with the owner, instead of trying to make things right, he pointed me to the fine print on the back of the receipt stating they are not responsible. That response was very disappointing. A business should stand behind its service, especially when a loyal customer has trusted them for years. Mistakes can happen in any business. What matters is how they are handled. In this case, there was no real accountability, no reasonable effort to preserve goodwill, and no willingness to offer even a store credit for a damaged garment. Based on this experience, I would urge others to be cautious, especially with items that require proper laundering instructions to be followed carefully. If something goes wrong, do not assume this business will take responsibility.

They routinely do a wonderful job with all of our dry cleaning needs. Service is always quick and professional. I also have to mention, they have a great sewing service here as well. My daughter wanted to add some rock band patches to her jean jacket and they took care of it with great skill and without any issues. One downside, parking can be wonky at times. Sometimes people double park right out front and block the road and/or the spots on the side get tied up by the school out back or random trucks. It's a bit annoying. All I all, this is a great dry cleaners. I've been going here for years and it remains my go to spot. Five stars.

Tide Cleaners is quite pricey, so we expect at least to pick up cleaned clothes that smell clean. So, we decided to try Presstine Dry Cleaners and not only were the prices more reasonable, the clothes came back clean and fresh. The staff is friendly and the results are awesome. This is now our new dry cleaning place.
