I put all my items back after being followed around this store while shopping. Why is an employee making unwanted contact with a customer 5+ times during a visit? Managers response was: "I don't know what to tell you." Look Kid, let me help you and your business get a clue: APOLOGIZE and train your staff better. Get some training yourself and take pride in your business. Hire staff without a language barrier. And acknowledge that you're losing sales by disrespecting your customers this way. Negative reviews on a clothing store are not a coincidence or an accident. This was a profoundly negative shopping experience. Frankly disgusted by the cavalier response from management.

The first stores opened in California and were set up to look like grocery stores with shopping carts. Now there are over 1,000 locations and Old Navy has branded itself as the place to go for affordable clothing for the entire family. This Old Navy Outlet store is located in Dolphin Mall. It is one of 200 plus Old Navy outlet stores. You can find it in Playa 2, near Nike. I was pleasantly surprised at how large this store is. It feels vast. A regular Old Navy is inexpensive so at the outlet you can really take advantage of rock bottom prices. The store was fully decked out in the men's, women's, and children's departments with a summer line of clothing and accessories. I couldn't resist a Vacation Vibe tote for only $10. The floral summer dresses were really light and pretty. They also had fun summer print t-shirts that were only $10 if you bought 2 or more. I especially liked the Americana prints perfect for Fourth of July. They even had some Disney apparel. For even more savings, there was a clearance area in the back. I actually hadn't been to Old Navy in awhile and visiting this store made me see I have been missing out on some cute clothes.

Old Navy does carry some nice looking clothes, but, from my experience, most of their stuff, aside from activewear, is of below average quality and will not last in good shape very long. They are, tho, an option for toddler clothing, since they are usually inexpensive and kids will just ruin them anyway.

Terrible customer experience - avoid Jessie Boutique…read more I had a deeply disappointing experience with Jessie Boutique and will never shop here again. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour skirt online and emailed immediately--no reply. I then ordered the correct one, assuming I could return the other. When both skirts arrived, neither was suitable, so I made the effort to visit the store in person--just one week after major surgery. I was told there were no refunds, only exchanges. The manager was polite and tried to help me find alternatives, and I eventually decided to keep one skirt. However, I was accidentally charged for it a second time--bringing my total spend to over $1,000. I immediately contacted the manager (the store had just closed), who acknowledged the error and gave me her mobile number to resolve it. What followed was a two-month back-and-forth of broken promises and delays. Eventually, they claimed the refund had been processed, but it never reached me. I even provided proof via my bank statements. They then refused to help further, telling me to "take it up with my bank." I only just received the refund--four months later. To make matters worse, a $100 t-shirt I exchanged for discoloured after the first wash. Jessie Boutique wouldn't help, and I had to go directly to the manufacturer, who thankfully resolved the issue right away. This store takes no accountability for their mistakes and offers shockingly poor customer service. A high-end price point should come with high standards. Sadly, that's not the case here.
