Well to start I drove from the Brickell location to the Lincoln Road location for a button down shirt that I needed in a size medium. I went to the Lincoln road location got the button down shirt that I wanted. Then had to wait at the counter because nobody was working the register. It was quite frustrating because there were several people working but nobody acknowledged that I was waiting at the counter. Then surprise surprise. I get home and the sensor was not removed. So now I get to go back and have the sensor removed. I truly do not understand how hard it is to remove the sensor. Not happy about this experience. read more

I never bought anything at Lulu until today. I have enough workout clothes (that do not get used enough ;) ) so I found out they sell sneakers. I sort of needed a new pair. Also, not used enough. Anyhow, I tried on a really attractive pair. I felt like I was walking on air. I guess they started selling shoes recently because I know they did not maybe 6 months ago. Lululemon offers a 30 day no questions asked return policy. You can run and walk in them as much as you want. I bet no one returns them. They are the best sneakers I have ever worn. Being my first time shopping in a Lululemon, I already had an idea as to what the style was going to be like as its incredibly popular. There was a fair variety of colors and sizes available in a clean environment. The women at the dressing rooms were very helpful in offering rooms and options. My husband did an online order for pick up, when we picked up the $100 golf white polo, there was a stain in the collar. They didnt have another in his size, so he asked if there could just be a discount for the inconvenience. The sales man said no, he had a tide pen in the back if we would like to try to get it out. Why in the world would we want to take home a DIRTY $100 shirt? The sales guy has horrible customer service. He then said he would give him (only in that visit) 25% off anything in the store... so why not offer it on the dirty shirt we online purchased? The guy was just so unfriendly and trying to get us to leave. The girls in the store were great, offering different options. Ended up leaving empty handed bc they didnt carry anything similar in a large but wow the guy (i wish i knew his name) in the store needs to realize he works in a customer service position and change the way his attitude comes off, noone is forcing you to work there. read more

They took precautions for covid 19-there was someone at the door telling you that you can't try things on.We knew that already but ok. There was also a huge container of hand sanitizer by the door. My daughter and her teen friends really like this place. one friend found some leggings to buy so she was happy. Exceptional customer service - I was wearing my Lululemon leggings that have the "glue pockets." I recently purchased these leggings and after a few washes the glue on the right side came off. When I walked into the store, I mentioned the issue with the pants to a sales associate and she was super helpful with helping me find the size in the back pocket (fun fact :) and replace the pants while I was in the store, at no cost. This store opened a week ago. A much larger store than it looks from the outside. Fantastic sales staff, both friendly and helpful. Laura was a pleasure to work with...very positive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was disappointed that they were out of two of the size/styles I wanted (mens camouflage shorts), but she offered have it shipped free of charge. Great to see Lulu has opened another great store in a terrific location on Lincoln Road. Definitely worth a visit. read more

I came to this Miami Beach store to try to fix a online purchase problem. I had no way of trying to fix the wrong address, when I explain it to Kevin at the store , he right away took charge if the situation. It felt like he had the empathy and care as if he was in our shoes. He knew how frustrated you can get when you can't get through and solve the problem. He called for use and did his absolute best to resolve it. We where so grateful to his attentive and caring services to us that I couldn't be more happy with my experience in this store because if his great help. Probably one of the worst shopping experiences. I was in the store for 20 minutes attempting to find sizes, trying things on, seeing new items and never was approached by the 5 employees standing in a circle speaking to one another. I walked through them around them, picking up items in their presence and never once was I addressed. Other people came in and never saw them addressed. As part of the sweat collective, I am pretty dedicated to this brand, but these employees don't represent what Lululemon is. sorry....i've never written such a review so that says something. read more

Anthony the store manger here is hands down on of the best people I've ever met. Not only is his energy and personality great which makes you feel like family at the store but I had the slightest little hole in a pair of pants I brought there not too long ago. I mean you could barely notice it at all. I showed him and he immediately said take those off and get a new pair on. I was so in shock. Generally good place with nice variety of sport and yoga outfits. Very friendly and helpful staff. A little pricey but the quality is good. Sale items are worth the wait. Good selection in the sale, which is unusual. However, this location isn't in exactly the most fit city as most of it was still filled with rambunctious youths drunk off of a daylong drinking session. Oh well - better for us who choose to workout and like to look at the sale section. The only qualm I had was that their store associates were quick to kick people out once the store closed at 8. I worked retail before as a teen and yes, it was annoying when people were still here but I would say that if you're just trying one or two items on and it's five minutes before closing, no need to breathe down customers' necks to rush them. They repeatedly made passive aggressive announcements of closing the registers and having to close the store. Yes, make a point if you're just browsing the racks but I think if you're trying some items on, it's different. I left maybe 10 minutes after the store closed after a healthy purchase and I would be surprised if the associates were planning to leave right when the store closed. So - my sole recommendation is to be mindful of how these projections may be interpreted because it did feel like it was a kick out more than a helpful guidance. read more

The Lincoln Road location is everything you think about when you think of Lululemon. The staff is super enthusiastic and knowledgable about the product and the community. They know exactly where to go for an awesome yoga class or a healthy juice. Plus, the building is awesome. It even has a great piece of art by local artist Lebo. The staff hosts in and out of store events. Since opening, this store has become a staple of the South Beach community. Long live sweatbeach! read more

I bought 2 tank tops in a size 2 before going on a vacation. I mentioned more than once that it was my first time in the store. One lady emptied the changing room that another lady prepared for me so I lost my the things I picked out. Neither of the employees mentioned that the tank tops I was trying on had special sizes (made only for A/B breast cups.). I'm a different size but small figure so, with encouragement from staff I bought the size 2 even though it was snug. One employee said that is how it's supposed to feel at first. I couldn't return the tops because I left for vacation. I have 2 tank tops for donation now. I found out from the website that certain tops are made for specific figures later on. Maybe I should have just shopped online to begin with. read more
