I explained they were unopened, and there is no sign or in the return policy mentioning no returns on underwear. After going around and around I asked him to finally call a manager. He did and 10 minutes later, accepted the return and gave me a bunch of snide comments. Why do things have to be so difficult.

The fabric quality is much worse than some Shein products, as I've bought high-quality bikinis from Shein before. Brazilian products are of very poor quality. I do not recommend them.
