Being from out of state, I was unable to resolve this on phone, so I have now issued a credit card chargeback through Chase. I, literally, had 2 pairs of shoes in my hand and when a worker walked right past me to the backroom; I just dropped the shoes and walked out. Like, really??!! Coming from a city like Las Vegas where it's so customer service oriented --- I was very disappointed and surprised =(

Holler! Mr. R Sports…read moreis the BOMB. I almost didn't want to review it because I wanted to keep this little treasure and it's awesome shoe selection to myself, but I have to give them props and maybe send some people their way. To make a long story short, Mr. R. sport has some killer and rare shoes available basically year round. Mr. R doesn't mess around with all the ugly versions of a shoe, you know the shiny/mesh/urban/camo version of whatever shoe you're looking for and the staff is friendly and cool. On our way to dinner one night the girlfriend and I hopped in to Mr. R and, lo and behold, there were those limited edition Nike Air Force 1 sets of the different basket ball players. What? Yeah, I had to fight off buying more than one pair. Most importantly, you can get whatever shoe you're looking for on e-bay, but it's so much better to see it in person first. And that's what's great about Mr. R. I suggest a visit if you're a sneaker enthusiast.

The store was laid out very well and it was also nicely stocked of items. I found a nice t-shirt and some other good deals as I browsed around. The store itself is small, well-stocked, and nicely displayed. There were about six customers inside, but only one employee at the register and possibly one in the back. When I walked in, I didn't receive any greeting. I asked the associate about sizing, and while she answered, her tone felt a bit dismissive and rushed. When I was ready to check out, I was told to wait and ended up being helped last after all other customers had left. I did find the shoes I wanted, so mission accomplished but while the selection is great, the customer service could definitely be improved.

They did have woman's size in all whites so we got her a pair and ended up ordering mine online from finish line because Nike online order was sold out as well for the all white zoom x's. Very friendly staff and some will go above and beyond for their customers. One employee let my fiancee try on her size and when I pointed out some dirt stains, he did clean the stains out for us. He apologized about not having another pair in her size. We will come back if we are ever in the area again. We will definitely recommend this place to others!

We saw it from the other side of the mall and headed over. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment we walked inside. They were kind enough to steer my brother straight to the hats that might fit his style and need. He tried a few one and then had a few more questions. The staff was right there again when he was ready to ask those questions. She guided him towards a few alternatives and was patient with all his questions. After he chose a hat and I looked around for a bit, he was ready with his choice. Before he even had to ask someone was standing there ready to ring him up. They were not pressuring him in any way but there to answer whatever questions he had. The selection was great and with the added customer service it was a great experience. The store was also clean and well organized which is nice when trying to find things in an unfamiliar store.
