This is a pretty big Nike store that is two stories high. They have a wide selection of men and women's sneakers and shoes to choose from. I bought my fiancee her zoom x plus to match with me, but unfortunately they didn't have my size in all whites. They did have woman's size in all whites so we got her a pair and ended up ordering mine online from finish line because Nike online order was sold out as well for the all white zoom x's. Very friendly staff and some will go above and beyond for their customers. One employee let my fiancee try on her size and when I pointed out some dirt stains, he did clean the stains out for us. He apologized about not having another pair in her size. We will come back if we are ever in the area again. We will definitely recommend this place to others! read more

We had a big order for my cousin's birthday party (soccer shirts were party favors) - JUNIOR totally rocked our world. So much care and attention to detail. He went above and beyond (and because several times when we called they didn't answer the phones, Junior turned our experience around). We are big on customer service and really appreciate a positive experience. Thank you, Junior! read more

Was in the area for a pop up near by and decided to stop in for some sneakers. The sales man was super helpful even suggested some other styles than just the one I asked for. Service was quick. The store was very clean. (The sales man introduced himself in just very bad at remembering names) I got $50 off my next purchase and saw a pair of shoes I will be coming back to buy. read more

I mean what more can you say about Nike. The quality of their product is very top notch. With this store particularly there's a lot to selection to choose from. And with two stories you can imagine how much stuff to pick from. The many different types of running to workout to basketball to lifestyle shoes is amazing. With the service there was plenty of workers willing to help. From getting your size to even checking out on their mobile devices. It was quick and easy. read more

Nike fan over here! Came in recently to buy some sneakers that are needed because my current ones are banged up. This store is located at the beginning of Lincoln Road. They are open and following social distancing/covid guidelines, all employees were wearing masks. I was a little disappointed with the selection of sneakers especially for women. The men had better selections but they did not have my size available. All their clothes and accessories were super dope though but since I only came for sneakers, I left empty handed. Customer service was good though, I even got a free water in a Nike themed water bottle. read more

This is perhaps the worst run shop along Lincoln road- the staff is lazy - lacks training - and I do not believe the really care about the brand. First of all, the fedex delivery truck , parked on the pedestrian walking area , not allowing people to walk safely and been forced to walk on the street , this is particularly dangerous when walking with kids and strollers. I actually asked the manager on duty as to why he would accept delivery knowing that te fedex truck was not only park illegally , but also putting in danger the lives of so many people , and he lough and walked away. Today - I decided to go inside to look for a set of compression running socks - the first two people vaguely pointed to the area where I could search for them, I could not found them - but I thought: let's try with another assistant/ he then also pointed to the direction I could " find" the socks - I told him I could not find them and if he could show me/ he was hesitant , but after my third request / he walked me to the stand where the where wrongly mixed with normal socks. read more

Love this place. The employees are super nice for the most part. I love the wide selection of shoes & clothing they have on display. Checking out is fast & easy. I really have no complaints other than the fact that if you come here you have to find/ pay for parking by the hour, and it can be a little expensive, so keep that in mind. The stuff you buy here is rarely on sale bc it's all the new stuff Nike drops so you'll be spending a pretty penny but (HEY!) at least you'll look fly!!!! ‍ Aside from that. You can come here, check out the merch & if you have time once you're done w/ your retail therapy, just take a walk down Lincoln Road mall & enjoy all the other stuff that's to offer. read more

Extremely overpriced for everything without having sales (discounts) store over with lack of customer serviceshe not like other Nike factory stores in the USA! I consider this is only WORST Nike due to lack of business & professionals they eho end their no proof for customer care service. Over this town.. huge disappointment! No luck for cross training or running shoes......... I ll go for workout stores in somewhere else for more courtesy customer care service! read more

This store is terrible, the manager Steven and his workers lie and are very rude to their customers/consumers, Steven the manager also plays games with his inventory for special sneakers and told me straight to my face very rudely that he can do whatever he wants that nothing will happen to him with a rude malicious smirk on his face. This store manager needs to be reprimanded immediately. I will be contacting Nike corporate and better bussiness bureau immediately. In no way shape or form is this a way to communicate to loyal Nike customers. read more

This store is convenient with a city parking lot behind it, their entrance door is limited to one on lincoln road, this b and m store doesn't carry most models that appear online, it's limited to medium quality shoes. I came looking for sneaker that would last minimum 100 miles. Ines I was sold sales person said - 300 miles. Nonsense. When I tried them they fit and looked good. Wearing them 1-3 times they didn't hold up. I returned them and a credit issued which is roaming somewhere. Otherwise it's a convenient and efficient store. read more

Not sure how to even start! First no one greets you because they are too busy on their earpieces. Second I was in the store for over an hour picking my sneakers. Finally found the right ones with the right price! $120 is the price the shoes says but when I got pay it's $150. Spoke to manager Joel (not professional at all). Explained the situation he said it so t matter they are not $120. Exactly in those words. I asked will you honor the price since it was your mistake. Joel: No we never do that Me: Why? You should honor it Joel: shrugs shoulders No we won't do that. Thanks Joel you made my experience amazing! read more

So obviously, Nike is an amazing brand and this is an awesome location. But here is something somebody has yet to explain to me: it used to be that all the mannikins resembled people who were in amazing shape because Nike is a life-style brand promoting a healthy lifestyle and sells athletic sportswear. Now you see several chubby female manikins in the store. My best guess is, they are doing this as not to offend girls who don't have an amazing body and might be a little overweight. I am one who agrees with the premise of being politically correct and applaud them for it, but what about people like me? I'm a middle-aged guy who carries a few pounds too much. Where is a manikin that I can relate to, that resembles me? Should I be offended that they don't have overweight male manikins? I mean, if they want to be PC, why not go all the way? Please Nike, put in some chubby male mannequins with moobs! read more

Dude checked for my size in sneakers, said they had it and walked away. Never put the ticket around so I stood around forever for nothing. And then when another guy put my ticket in he said they don't have my size!! What a waste of time. Then the line to check out took forever!!! Literally 30 mins in line read more

If this store doesn't get you in the mood to be active, I'm not sure what does. Due to its location on Lincoln Road, this store is extravagant in every way showcasing some of the finest athletic apparel. A lot of people come here on vacation to shop and explore which is why the displays only put forth their latest and most sought after items. Nike makes a great running shoe and their leggings are the best that money can buy. Quality is worth the price tag but keep your eye out for the minimal sale section that seems to be sometimes hidden. There's even a indoor court in here which makes the experience even better to scope out. The sports bras are all made from comfy and breathable material sure to enhance your active lift style. There's meter and garage parking to accommodate you. Be sure to take a stroll down the block to see the rest that Lincoln has in store for you. read more

Gotta luv this store, every-time I walk in there's someone that greets you or makes eye contact, what I'm trying to say is you feel welcomed here and that makes it easier to spend $$$ but that's not what it's all about because you can also have a nice convo about sneakers if you're a sneaker head like myself. read more

Nike Miami - GotEm, Pine Green Jordan 1 - Sports Wear Near Me - Miami Beach, Florida

Nike Miami is a pretty good store. It seems like the majority of Nike stores nationwide are outlets which is pretty much my impression of the brand now...dated merchandise, last season, etc. This store is not that and carries first run merchandise. Why aren't there more stores like this is smaller markets across the country? Nike, you have a brand image issue. If you can get past that, the merchandise is pretty good along with the service. Have gotten many things here. Still trying to get over Nike injecting politics into their ad campaign last year. Clearly pissing off a large swath of the population. Please focus on sports and leave out the politics please...I liked you much better then. read more

I need Nike Miami to get it together... like any retail store I suppose you'll have employees who really don't want to be there so, you can expect customer service to be lacking. Upon arriving to this store I wasn't greeted...but any who I navigated my way around the store until zip located what I was looking for, the Nike Legendary power High rise pants...while scanning the rack I don't see my size. It initially took me a second to find an associate, when I do, the associate, Deon, is too involved in his text message to acknowledge me, until I ask him if he heard my question, he looks up briefly to respond. After I suppose he finishes whatever he's writing he pretends like he has attended to my request and in passing says someone will bring them out...Well I stand around twiddling my thumbs for 10 mins before I decide to just approach another associate name Aryanna, she rocked unfortunately they did not have the size I was looking for in Stock. Mean while when Aryanna, was attending to me...I spot Deon and he is still on his phone, however sees me and attempts to pretend as if he were actually searching for the pants I requested. But I dismiss him because he was only trying to save face... Long story short Nike should employ associates that actually want to work, if they wish to offer a quality customer experience and not lose revenue secondary to poor performing staff members losing customers...2 stars b/c of Aryanna. read more

This store is a joke ..... any pair of shoes you ask them, they tell you they don't have them. Don't waste your time !!!!

I felt abandoned there, despite it being barren. The management was bogus and their shoes look cheap lately

Waste of my time! Limited inventory and an inefficient runner system to try on footwear. They scan, and you wait, and wait, to have a "runner" bring out the footwear. Scanned 4 pairs to try on and one was available?!? Tons of workers, but no one really doing anything but trying to look busy and talking to themselves! I'll take my business elsewhere until you get your shit together Nike :( read more

I am very disappointed in the customer service at Nike Miami today. I'm visit from Oregon and wanted to check out the store. No greeter at the door and as I walked upstairs there were about 7-8 Nike employees just talking to each other, sitting down and giving no service to the customers at the store shopping. As a Black Badge Nike employee that I am, I was just disappointed at the service. This has to be the worst service I got at a Nike store. Been working for the company for 14 years. Staff is lazy and it looks like they don't care about the brand. They need to be retrain on service. Come on Miami, we got to do better. Lead by example. Team Nike. read more

Top notch store! Love the design and architecture of the store. Everything is very modern from the moment you walk in till the moment you walk out. The pay stations are at your leisure and very convenient. Whether it's cash, credit or both. The employees are very helpful and they make sure you are attended. If you're lost looking around there is someone there to greet and help you. Sean and Carlos were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on product basis. They were even kind enough to gift wrap my purchase. First they asked me if it was a gift and I said yes and immediately thought to gift wrap. They truly made my customer service experience well worth my purchase. read more

I left the store before my shoes came out to try on. Customer service was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful.

Terrible customer service. Lots of employees that stand around and do nothing including. The customers are clearly of no interest to them. There must have been eight employees on the top floor. Not one asked us if we needed help. Instead they stood around chatting with their buddies. Laziest staff on Lincoln road. Nice labor expense. Such a shame as the store itself is beautiful. So typically of Miami Beach retail. Nike who ever your regional manager is should fire everyone and start over . read more

I love this location in South Beach. It's two stories with plenty of selections and both clothing and shoes. It is well staffed so it doesn't take long for someone to assist you. We bought two pairs of shoes here both of which they had our sizes in stock. Always love that. read more

Lots of workers and no wants to help! When u ask for help they act rude. Takes the fun out of shopping. Will not be going back.

I went back to Nike for the second time thinking things had improved with the Lincoln Road location. I couldn't find anyone to help me let alone just get an answer to a question. When I finally got a staff member to help me they could not have been bothered. When I asked them if there was a way to check the product, he told me just go online. I asked him if there was a way at the store to do that and he told me that the store was super busy and I should do it myself. So, with that I walked out. The staff is absolutely abysmal and are totally clueless about customer service. With Adidas a few doors away along with Lululemon and Athlete, I will spend my money somewhere else. Total disappointment! Won't be going back. read more
