My go to spot that never disappoints! Sandals, heels, flats of all different styles, cute & stylish! I am one of those never enough shoes kind of girls. & usually I find a reason to need some new sandals for that new dress & I always make my way to Chiffino to get them. Just this weekend I realized my black flats had been used by my dog as a chew toy & Monday was professional attire for my nurse residency program. I drove to Chiffino & found these pointed toe black flats that actually ended up being the comfiest pair I have ever owned. With several locations you're bound to find your size. & if you have a mini like me you can always find some nice matching mommy/ daughter shoes as well as a variety of bows & accessories. They have cute shoes but when you place an online order they take forever to ship it out. It says label created but it's several days and still says that. Had to call and find out about the order and they're response was "oh we are sorry we have it here it must've slipped out and wasn't sent to UPS". Be aware when ordering shoes online! read more

Worst customer service I've had in a retail store. The blonde cashier was with a very bad attitude and did not help me whatsoever. I wanted sandals with a $10 label and other sandals. The lady then said the $10 label was a mistake & that they're actually 26$ (not my fault) so I ended up taking the black sandals. The lady didn't even tell me they had buy one get one 50% and so I left and returned like 15 minutes after for the 50% off the next shoe and the lady said it couldn't be done because they were different transactions. :) this place does not even deserve 1 star to be honest. read more

I love love love Chiffino! They have a great assortment of ladies and children's shoes, and ladies and girls accessories. This is their newest location- in London Square facing the airport side right along 137 ave. They have bows for little girls in every color and style imaginable. The quality is awesome (none of those cheap plastic clips on the backs) sms the prices are great too. They also have beautiful matching scarves, accessories, and shoes for women and girls. How cute is that?! The young man that helped me out on my most recent visit was super helpful and friendly. There really isn't anything to dislike about this place. Second bad experience .The staff is SO rude I feel sorry for whoever owns the place. A girl named Natalie is SO rude and doesn't even seem to care about her job. Clearly. I walked in and had a bad vibe from the moment I walked in. She had attitude even watching her attend the other customers every time they'd ask her for a shoe she'd roll her eyes and walk to the back. She did not acknowledge me from when I walked in at all. Not even from all the 30 pairs of shoes I looked at she took the time to come up to me and ask me if I needed help. Absolutely horrible. The experience was gross. I am disgusted by that store already. Second time, I thought I'd give it another shot and it was even worse from the first time. The girl was just so rude, I could say endless things about her. She needs to be taught how to work because clearly she has no customer service experience. read more

Super upset! I purchased a pair of shoes at the location on coral way that they didn't have in store, they told me they had them at this location so I PAYED FOR THEM, and it had been 5 days passed and I had to call to see where my shoes were and she said "oh we have them here" I get to the store and she has the wrong size on hold for me and then she says I haven't payed when I had the reciept that I purchased them. I ended up returning all the shoes. They need a better system!!!! read more

Shoe shopping - one of my newest hobbies. Chiffino is the perfect place to do it without breaking your wallet. At first, I was bummed and thought that I would be walking out empty handed because nothing could fit my small little feet (size 5/5.5). When I talked to the associate she gave me tons of reccomendations. I ended up having to get kids sizes just to fit (strange, I know). She was running to the back every 5 seconds for me to get so many sizes, colors, and pretty much every box in the back. There was a 20% off sale, so in the end I got 4 pairs of shoes for a little over $50. The most expensive shoe I got was $16, so cheap. I will happily come shopping here again! read more

SO RUDE!!!!! About an hour ago I left the Chiffion store in London Square, it was the worst experience! I walked in with my mom, and my 5 children ready to buy them each 2 pairs of shoes, there was a young girl at the cash register on her phone, never greated us, never looked up. Another girl came from the back and rolled her eyes while having her hand on her face with a rude expression to my kids. My kids were extremely well behaved and never took the shoes out of place so there was no reason to get that kind of reaction (you can watch the cameras) no one ever asked us if we needed help, but as soon as a lady with her daughter came in and another lady and her boyfrie s she immediately walked up to both of them to help them. I told my kids and mom I refuse to buy shoes here with this kind of treatment. Your store lost out on 12 pairs of shoes tonight because you employ terribly rude ladies. I would give this store 10 stars if there was an option. It is my go to spot for shoes. Come to think of it, ever since I found this gem, I have not bought another pair of shoes anywhere else. Whether I need a pair of shoes for my daughter or a pair of shoes for me I always find exactly what I need. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful at all of the locations. You can find anything from simple sandals for every day use to wedges to the perfect shoe to go with that perfect little black dress. They are always up to date with the latest fashions. The best part about them is how extremely affordable and comfortable they are! I can wear their shoes all day or all night long and not one complaint. I was very disappointed today because they did not return a pair of shoes because I passed the 30 day return policy. I had my receipt and the box but hadn't had a chance to pass by. As a loyal customer, you would think they would want to provide good customer service and at least exchange it for something else. The manager did NOT care and kept on insisting on the 30 day policy. I will not be shopping there again and will not recommend it to my friends! read more

I went here on Sunday And I absolutely loved the shoes and well as they had a selection for my daughter. It was like a one stop shop ! Though I was very disappointed and didn't end up buying because the 2 girls that we there we very unhelpful and had horrible attitudes. They actually were closing the store earlier than 5:00 and she told us we can only shop if we pay with "credit card"... They saw us try on some samples you guys had on display but didn't offer us a size as one was counting the box and the other had her had in her face leaning over the counter just staring at as. I was extremely upset and angry that I walked out not buying anything and it was frustrating because I was there to buy something for my daughter baptism coming up and that's the only day I was able to go. Never had this problem anywhere and I actually came here because I got recommended by one of my favorite boutiques on bird.
