ZERO STARS should be an option I went in to return clothes at Old Navy with a receipt that had expired a few days earlier And explained I had been hospitalized for the past three weeks with discharge papers to show. , the 4 items with receipt had original tags and stickers, since the sizes were incorrect there was nothing to even try on. Angelica the manager said it would be store credit only, I couldn't understand why- I asked for her supervisor and she said she was, so I asked for her boss or superior and she advised there was only her. I then asked her to please call Corporate and she said I can do that on my on time. I have been a customer for 30 years I will never return, shame on you for not training your employees to handle delicate situations with better care! Does Old Navy make clothes that will last a life time? No. But does Old Navy make trendy, wearable items that won't break your bank - ABSOLUTELY! I'm a fan. When it comes to jeans, Old Navy has really good prices on fashionable every day denim. They've got a little bit of stretch, a little bit of rips to make them trendy, and just enough ankle to make them perfect with flats or heels. I also think a pro tip for shopping here is to buy winter wear for last minute trips because it is cheap af and super cute! Now onto what I loveeeee about Old Navy - THE WORKOUT CLOTHES AND THE LOUNGEWEAR! Seriously, bury me in sweat sets from here and catch me sweating in their workout gear on the daily. I'm a huge fan (and member) of Fabletics, and I find Old Navy to be comparable in quality to that line but wayyyy less expensive in price. Their workout wear also lasts a while - I've had some of their leggings for over 3+ years and they aren't see thru. The sports bra's fit great and are also supppah cute. As for layout / organization / staffing - I find even on super busy days this location's line moves quick and is pretty organized. Last but not least, don't sleep on the shoe selection in Miami. I went during the holidays and the store was very organized. The kids section was a bit slim picking in section. I did feel that for such a big location they could have more selection. But the staff was helpful and checked in the back for sizes they did not have displayed. read more

I was in desperate need of cute pajama Xmas pants and after 2 hours of searching I found the cutest ones hidden behind others. I picked it up, marched to the cashier just to get rejected. They only sell them in sets. I understand it's policy but it is one that should be overruled. I am enraged. The sweater I bought was almost 50 bucks and I needed those pants. None of the other pants had my size which as a curvy woman I feel is unfair. I love that this location is always very organized. I am always able to find exactly what I need. Even the clearance racks are organized. The staff is really friendly. From the cashiers to the dressing room attendants. The fact that they have an adequate number of registers open is a plus for me. It is a good place to buy really cute clothes for a low price. I like Old Navy...The clothing here is so inexpensive that you can beat it up and toss it out after you've worn it a few times if you need to without feeling too guilty (in other words, a great place to get clothes if you're really active and it's a good place to buy kids' clothes). You can find similar designs here compared to what you'd find at more "trendy" stores, but Old Navy usually has them at a fraction of the price. I've purchased mostly shirts here and I've always been happy for the most part. That being said, I've noticed over the past few years that you do need to check the quality of what you're buying, as some of their stuff seems to be a bit lower in quality than it used to be. Also, if you see dress shirts hanging on their racks which are rinkled and stiff-feeling, chances are they're going to look and feel that way when you're wearing them, too. This is my favorite Old Navy in Miami! The store is huge, parking is plentiful, and their is always something on clearance. Go on the weekdays to beat the crowd. I have an old navy credit card so Tuesdays I get an extra 10% off everything I buy. Not to mention the stuff and save bags(20% off) and $10 reward coupons. The clothes is cheap in price not quality!! Some stuff has lasted me years. Also a great place to find workout clothes. They have my favorite socks, sports bras, and spandex leggings. Their is also a huge selection of tank tops and body tops, swimsuits, jean skirts... I could go on forever! Hands down the best place to buy stuff for kids in re: to uniforms. And this store is probably one of the biggest versions of Old Navy I have ever seen. Their kids socks have that same slip guard as does gap for about 1/2 of what you'd pay :) And they always have 5 of everything :) Their sizes run probably a little big - and I did happen to run my hand through the ladies clearance - not bad for casual/cute wear. read more

Just waited 15 minutes to buy one thing and finally left. Watched the manager on the phone with only three cashiers open in a line that went beyond belief. Finally gave up and threw down my purchase and just left. It's so sad when management doesn't see what's right in front of them. This Old Navy has your typical selection of clothes. I went in looking for basic khaki pants and that's what I got at a decent price. However, service is virtually nonexistant. I asked an employee where the fitting room was and they had no idea. They pointed me in a direction where it clearly was not. So, after circling the store twice, I gave up on any hopes of trying it on and prayed it would fit. Thankfully, the pants did fit. read more

This store is quite large and clean. At Old navy ,you can find mostly inexpensive casual clothes. For instance, they carry tank tops, jeans shorts, swimsuits etc etc. In addition, the have an area for men too . Since I was in the area, I decided to stop in and check them out. I was looking for a pair of sunshades . They have a variety to choose from and the prices are cheap. I made my selection and I was happy with my purchase. The staff is helpful and polite. The lead manager was the rudest person I've ever experienced in customer service. She refuses to do exchanges (old navy policy is return or exchange within 45 days of purchase) forcing people to rebuy the items they wish to exchange. The store was literally dripping water from the ceilings everywhere. Will never go to this old navy again and will report to corporate that they're not following the company policy for exchanges and returns. read more

The womens section seemed the most organized and I had no trouble finding sizes and etc. One thing that I liked about this store was CLEAR SINAGE.
