This place is great ! I really liked the staff and I liked how we were able to sell a majority of the bulk we had. We had alot of bulk and we didn't know what to do with it. They had good prices and I was able to trade in alot of bulk for store credit and buy alot of sealed product. A good place to hang out and rip stuff while also sell bulk cards ! Great place read more

Best thing is they have a huge selection of games that you can try out and the staff is super friendly. All the new card games can be preorder, as well as selection of singles. You can also order from their parent company in Orlando (coolstuffgamesinc.com) and get it shipped here for pickup for free! read more

I've been an online customer of Cool Stuff Games for years, having spent hundreds of dollars on gaming supplies from them. While I was recently in Miami, I thought it would be fun to stop into one of their physical stores and see what they might have in stock. Unfortunately, the Miami location is mostly folding tables for gaming, the bare minimum for gaming supplies behind the counter, and sad selection of board games on a portion of a side wall. When I asked about a specific game I was looking for, the employee immediately tried to look it up on their own website, which I could have done myself had I known how little merchandise they actually have at this location. Very disappointed that I went out of my way to stop for no reason. I'll continue to purchase from their website, but won't be stopping at a physical location again if I happen to end up back in Florida. read more

This place is a great gaming store. They have a ton of selection for both TCG's and also RPG's, and a ton of table space as well. They also have very good customer service, and in particular, their GM Saddham is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, super friendly dude. Love this place, and they see me and my friends in there often to buy MTG! Haha read more

This place is really awesome. It has some of the most nicest people I've ever met to include the staff and players that frequent this location. My experience from beginning to end was really amazing and fun. As soon as I got there the staff was already talking to me and making me feel comfortable and even introduced me to another person that was gaming there to get me started. Aside from the tables they have Available and the amazing customer base, they have tons of games for purchase to pick from, as well as some you can even play to try out, that are available. I live 30 minutes away, but I'll pick this place over any of the ones in my area any day! read more

The service is very nice and they can help you with anything you need or want. I've only been a few times for Pokémon cards, but they have a big variety of other trading cards to buy. Recommend at least checking it out to see if you like it read more

It's the best place to hang out with friends. and play different multiplayer games like D&D, Magic and they also have a bunch of board games to play from or buy as well. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. Not to mention that some have really cool hair colors as well. They have a small selection of snacks/drinks to choose from which is perfect. Because the place is never messy. The staff make sure of that. Also a few computers to use, magic cards/accessories to buy and overall a great place to chill. Personally I don't play these games, I just come to hang out with my partner and their friends. But I always feel welcome and I never get anxiety coming here. read more

Extremely friendly and knowledge staff. If you are interested in getting into TCG games and have no knowledge whatsoever, I definitely recommend stopping by here. Everyone from the staff to regulars there are more than happy to teach you about Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece; just about anything. I am new to Pokémon TCG and they were more than happy to explain mechanics and meta to me. Definitely coming back here, hoping to be a regular ha ha read more

After the Rock game shop closed, a void opened up for the best card shop in Miami. Hands down, Coolstuff saw, came, and conquered. You can see me there every Friday with my brother and hands down haven't found a better store in Miami yet!! The supply in store is lower than other stores, but anything you order arrives to the store in two days. anything less than 5 stars is a biased review!! read more

A nice, well-kept place to buy board games and play with your friends or strangers. The typical game stores have a stale smell but this place is the opposite. It is not dark and damp and on Tuesday nights it is alive with gamers! read more

Dropped in on random Tuesday board game night. Staff was extremely welcoming. They jumped up and greeted me right away. They gave me a run down of the store and how the game night worked. It wasn't more that a few minutes later I grabbed a sandwich from next door and sat down with a set of very welcoming strangers for a game. I ended up staying until almost midnight! read more

Well, if you are into board games and you are having a hard time finding people to play with, you can just come here with your game, and I'm sure someone will be happy to play with you. Also, they are the front to a kick ass website that sells all sorts of board games, and honestly, at the best prices. They are even usually cheaper than Amazon. They also have a large selection of games available in the store so if you can't wait for shipping, just come get it here. While you are here, check out the numerous game tournaments happening and sign up for one. You may win some really cool prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. read more

Easily the best local game store around. No better place to come with your friends and hang out to do, well, cool stuff! The employees are super fun, and know so much about games. Cool Stuff has the BEST prices in town! Hands down! The environment is phenomenal. And now that FNM is open again, it's all a hundred times better read more

This is one of my favorite places to go. I play mtg there and I have so much fun. I buy all my gaming supplies through their website, specially to make sure that I support the store. The staff is really friendly and the store is very clean. I can't say enough good things about this place. When my son gets a little older, I will likely take him to play Pokémon there (he loves the cards, but he isn't a strong enough reader yet to play). read more

AVOID SELLING CARDS TO THIS LOCATION!!! After returning to coolstuff games for a second time in a week to sell cards to them - I was turned away as a customer by an employee named Saddam. I've never had more of a difficult and frustrating experience selling cards to a card shop - ONLY coolstuff games. After being turned away due to inadequate space to buy my bulk, I waited a few days and called to assure there was space to take my bulk in so that I did not have to waste several more hours of my life completing something as routine as selling cards. Once I got approval to sell the cards, I am greeted by a rude customer service associate that refuses to purchase the bulk for the agreed upon price shown on the website and agreed to on the phone. This was not my first or second time selling to this establishment and the frustrating hassle and disrespect I have experienced for trying to complete such a routine task has completed shattered my expectations of a honest and reputable game shop that coolstuff games Miami portrays. read more
