They are not "hard sellers", but let you peruse, enjoy the goods, and then will offer assistance. Svetlana and Liz are amazing to deal with. And can pull together a look quite quickly. Since the employee was currently working solo on the Aerie side, the check-out area was not in service. All transactions must occur on the American Eagle side that was packed with customers. Customer service was top-notch but the wife will have to shop the tops on Amazon due to a shortage of sizes but purchased four pairs of black 'Offline by Aerie' leggings.

Founded in the fall of 2009 the Rabbit Hole is located across the street from City Hall. There is plenty of free street parking available. According to the Rabbit Hole they specialize in clothing and accessories from the "50's-80's with some older and newer things sprinkled in". Every vintage piece of clothing is hand picked. They also offer new clothing and jewelry. A small display in the front of the store held china and glass ware. In addition to the small store they also sell online with a selection of new clothes. When I walked into the store my first thought was that I wished this was how my closet looked. Everything was so artfully arranged. The New Times has listed the Rabbit Hole as one of the best vintage stores in Miami. I almost left with a brown leather bag for $100 but I just couldn't justify the expense right now. Whether shopping or just browsing this is a fun stop to make.

Most things are standard S, M, L couldn't find anything in XS or XL and nothing for someone over 5'8 unless you want to pair them with leggings/tights, ankle booties, and a blazer during the winter. My swimsuits never arrived and they will not give me my money back (over $400). Will never shop here again. They claim "we will try our hardest to make sure the carrier locates your package or offers a reimbursement check" - but actually do nothing on this front. Highly advise against shopping here. Bad customer service and practices. UPDATE in response to management's comment below: These alternative solutions that you mentioned have still not been offered to me. Please advise how I may pursue them.
