They are a women's clothing store with moderately priced tops, sweaters, dresses, pants and accessories. There were sales on tops and sweaters but we don't really need sweaters in Miami. Their prices are average on the non-sale items. They carry various age group clothing so there is something for every girl and woman to choose from. We didn't find anything this trip but maybe next time. The sales staff was welcoming and helpful in answering questions. Parking was available out in the front of the store. It was free.

While Darius was helping me, an older gentleman from the staff was reprimanding Darius. I feel like that was unnecessary. Overall, Darius made the process painless and extremely streamlined. The measurements took less than five minutes and the samples he picked were extremely tasteful. He also informed us that we could pick up the rentals and the new purchases in another location, as we were having a destination wedding. If you come to this location, specifically ask for Darius and you'll have great service.

When the suit was purchased, the store employees removed the tags while packaging it up. Once we realized a blue suit was inappropriate for the funeral, I immediately went back, purchased a black suit instead, and attempted to return the unworn blue suit. To my surprise, the store refused the return because the tags were missing, even though their own staff removed the tags at the time of purchase. The suit was never worn, yet they hid behind a policy that only became an issue because of something their employees did. The lack of common sense, compassion, and customer service was shocking, especially given the circumstances. A funeral is already a difficult time for any family, and instead of helping resolve a simple issue, they chose to make it harder. To make matters worse, the quality of the suits does not justify the prices being charged. Paying premium prices for what feels like mass produced, low quality merchandise is bad enough, but combining that with poor customer service and inflexible policies creates a terrible customer experience. I would not recommend this location to friends, family, or anyone looking for a business that values its customers. There are plenty of other places that understand customer service and stand behind the products they sell.
