Founded in the fall of 2009 the Rabbit Hole is located across the street from City Hall. There is plenty of free street parking available. According to the Rabbit Hole they specialize in clothing and accessories from the "50's-80's with some older and newer things sprinkled in". Every vintage piece of clothing is hand picked. They also offer new clothing and jewelry. A small display in the front of the store held china and glass ware. In addition to the small store they also sell online with a selection of new clothes. When I walked into the store my first thought was that I wished this was how my closet looked. Everything was so artfully arranged. The New Times has listed the Rabbit Hole as one of the best vintage stores in Miami. I almost left with a brown leather bag for $100 but I just couldn't justify the expense right now. Whether shopping or just browsing this is a fun stop to make.

Terrible Experience With Manager Diego at "Michael Kors" store in Aventura Mall, Miami:…read more My recent visit to the Michael Kors store in Aventura mall was extremely disappointing due to the unacceptable behavior of the manager, Diego. DIEGO SHOULD BE FIRED! I have never experienced such a complete lack of customer service, empathy, or basic professionalism. After purchasing a bag, instead of offering a simple thank-you or even basic courtesy, Diego spoke to me rudely and dismissed me with, "Yes, go." On top of that, a young woman sales associate standing at the register laughed at me when I explained that my bag changed color on 1 side after the first days: parts of it turned slightly bluish instead of the beige shade I chose. She laughed and asked "What brand are your jeans?" in a mocking tone, as if it were something to make fun of. I said that my jeans were from Zara, a good brand. It was extremely disrespectful, especially considering that everyone there works just like I do and there is nothing wrong with wearing Zara! A manager should enhance the customer experience, not ruin it. Diego showed 0 regard for how he spoke to customers and demonstrated none of the qualities expected from someone in a leadership role. His attitude, tone, and behavior were completely inappropriate, and it left me feeling disrespected and shocked. This kind of treatment is unacceptable from anyone, especially a manager representing a luxury brand. Michael Kors needs to take this seriously! No customer should ever be treated this way!
