Montce uses unfair business practices. They make the customer responsible for orders that are lost in the mail unless you purchase additional protection (which is expensive). My swimsuits never arrived and they will not give me my money back (over $400). Will never shop here again. They claim "we will try our hardest to make sure the carrier locates your package or offers a reimbursement check" - but actually do nothing on this front. Highly advise against shopping here. Bad customer service and practices. UPDATE in response to management's comment below: These alternative solutions that you mentioned have still not been offered to me. I had the pleasure of meeting Melissa yesterday and she was so friendly and helpful when I came in to pickup my online order. I returned today to exchange my purchase and Melissa was there again and cheerful as ever. She offered me a super cute custom made montce Valentine's Day cookie and assisted me on picking out the perfect bikini. THEY WILL SCAM YOU ON RETURNS. I ordered the bone crochet ky dress back in November. It was too short on me so i quickly returned it. Shortly after, I received an email from customer service saying they could not accept the return because there was an ink mark on the dress. I was shocked. I barely tried it on and quickly put it back in the bag. I explained the dress hadn't been anywhere near any pens because i tried it on and quickly put it back in the bag when realizing it was too short. They refused to accept the return and sent it back to me. It's been sitting in the box for 5 months because what else will i do with it. I just opened it up. There is NO pen/ink mark to be found. The dress is in perfect condition. SCAM. read more

The quality for the price point is not worth it. The exchange and return policy is also horrible as they will charge you a $14 restocking fee for any sale items which is added on top of deducting an often $10 exchange fee from your sale item so you lose $24 just to exchange an on sale item which is insane. The customer service leaves much to be desired. There is no dedicated phone line that you can call and you can only talk via chat. For the price point for premium swimwear, this was extremely disappointing. I will not be purchasing Montce again. And most of their on-sale items are exchange only so you will be charged this fee. Furthermore, around Black Friday, you can only exchange once so if you don't like the swimsuit you exchanged for, you're out of luck. Look elsewhere to spend $200 for a swimsuit. And FYI they don't allow negative reviews on their website so it's not representative of the actual public opinion which is predatory once again. Very deceptive return policy in general and especially around Black Friday. read more

If there was a 0 stars I would have written that. I have never ever written a bad review, and I'm not typically that type of person but this was the worst swimsuit I have ever purchased. Firstly It's one of the most expensive pairs of swimmers I've purchased at 357.80 Australian Dollar, and with that came with the expectation that it would be good quality. I've spent money on Hanza G swimmers, that are similar price and I still have them in pristine quality 2 years later. I purchased this and wore it once, literally ONCE, and put it in a delicate wash, that lasts 10 minutes, I didn't put it in the dryer as per instructions and I let it out to dry, fun fact, the metal on the swimmers from one 10 minute cycle rusted the entire swimmers, and ruined the entire set. I always do this with my other swimwear and it has lasted 2 years, so firstly within 1 wear and tiny wash, the swimmers were covered in rust, and unwearable. I emailed customer service and they were awful, no discount offered, no exchange, absolutely awful. I have told everyone not to come here, and will never be shopping here again. read more

I've been wanting to come here for a long time. I follow them on Instagram and see all the amazing bathing suits they have. So when my friend said she was going to Jamaica we jumped at the chance and came here. The place is beautiful, very chic. All the samples are on the floor and once you choose one of the bathing suits they go and get it for you in whatever size you need. My friend had gone Online and she knew exactly the bathing suit she wanted. Luckily they had it in her size and it fit her perfect. We decided to try on a few more and see their fit. The bathing suits have no support as in no wires underneath for extra support. The amount of print is very limited. However they have tons on solid color bathing suits. Same styles, different colors, a few variations. I'm glad I went and tried them myself rather than buying online because the fit varies a lot. I was not able to find anything that fit because of the lack of support, which is unfortunate. They don't carry a lot of Large sizes and what they did carry in the size was not to my liking. With that said, they do offer the customize route and they did say that in February they would have different bathing suits. So who knows? One suggestion is to have more bathing suit cover ups. I maybe saw 2 there. Definitely worth the trip though. read more

DON'T BUY WITH MONTCE! Shopping with this company has been absolutely shockingly disappointing. I paid $200+ 7 days ago to Montce.com and they still haven't even shipped the product to me. FedEx is stuck at "label created". I emailed twice and no response. I called the phone number listed on the bottom of the website, and the lady said the physical store has no way to call the warehouse, really? Do you think your customers are stupid? Because I could not get any response from anyone, I commented on several pictures on their Instagram account asking for the status of my order. Then they blocked me! I would like to believe it's someone who is incredibly new at conducting business and does not understand that the business is going to pay for its mistake and mishandling of customer relationship for a very long time to come. You can't regain the trust from your customer and hide your horrible business hoping people wouldn't know in today's world. You mistreat 1 customer, you lose a thousand potential customer. I had been drooling over the bikinis at this store for the past year but hadn't found the time to visit the store. I don't know if there is a word for my feelings about the staff working there... but I was absolutely appalled. No one greeted me when I entered the store and no one approached me while I was looking around. Since it was my first time in the store, I was unaware that the bikini wall is only a display, and that the bathing suits are not meant to be removed from the wall. I pulled a couple down and my sister was walking around with them as I browsed the other racks... an employee approached us (20 minutes after we had already been walking around with the suits) and says "ummm I need to get you your size in those". My sister and I looked at her confused because I had already picked out my sizes off the wall? The girl snatches the hangers and says snootily "the wall is a display and you aren't supposed to take the bikinis off"..... WELL MAYBE IF SOMEONE APPROACHED ME UPON ARRIVAL, I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT. I don't want to take away from this brand because I struggled to choose a bathing suit. Everything fit like a dream and I wish I could have bought it all. But the staff in this store are stuck up, arrogant and snobby. No one asked me if I needed help the entire time I was there. I wasn't asked if I needed a different size... or how things were going while in the dressing room. Lol the girls didn't smile at me once, even when I was checking out. Please take a better look at who you hire to represent your brand. Your staff is terrible and it takes away from justifying spending 300 dollars on bathing suits. My girlfriends and I follow Montce on Instagram and order bikinis offline all the time. We were in Ft. Lauderdale for a bachelorette party and decided we should for sure stop in! Briel was so nice and helpful. They have some amazingly cute and sexy bikinis. The best thing about buying from them is that you probably won't ever run into another person wearing your same bathing suit! They can custom make suits for you in whatever size you wear. I really do love this swimwear, this is my go to spot in Fort Lauderdale (now they have a pop up in Miami also) Bikinis rum small I would say but are great quality. As of now I have 10-12 different ones that I love!!!!I usually get rid of them or have out grown them. But have been shopping here for the last 5 years, staff always friendly and helpful. It's best to try on if you have a large bottom or bust. Only problem would be they are getting pricey and soon the suits go on sale which is kinda disappointing I rather wait for the sale. Also last couple seasons have been a little repetitive and similar. The colors and patterns may switch but don't see anything new that catches my eye lately. read more

The bikinis look absolutely beautiful online. However, I've had 2 terrible experience with their customer service representatives, Brittney to be specific. On my first order, it took her 6 days upon the order had been placed to let me know that the bikini I had purchased was out of stock. And now on my second time ordering, it's been 6 days and I have yet to receive an update on my order. I have emailed Brittney close to 7 times and she's only replied once letting me know she would look into it... I explained that this was a time sensitive order, but I still have no clear update and have yet to receive an email back from her. I have been shopping with them for over 5 years & have been purchasing from their online website, however when I finally realized they had a store front location in Fort Lauderdale I had to go in and shop. The store was super cute and organized but I was disappointed with the staff. Not very friendly or helpful which gave me a negative vibe .They were also sold out of many sizes from their new collection which was disappointing .
