The Wanderer Shop is the creation of Marisa Folz. After years of working out of Airstream trailers and a store front in Flagler Village, she opened this store in Oakland Park in May of 2021. The store name and eclectic inventory was inspired by Folz's travels. The store is thoughtfully arranged with two rooms of pastel hued clothing for men, women, and kids, accessories, house and home goods, and carefully curated gifts that are sure to delight their recipients. My swimsuits never arrived and they will not give me my money back (over $400). Will never shop here again. They claim "we will try our hardest to make sure the carrier locates your package or offers a reimbursement check" - but actually do nothing on this front. Highly advise against shopping here. Bad customer service and practices. UPDATE in response to management's comment below: These alternative solutions that you mentioned have still not been offered to me. Please advise how I may pursue them.

This little shop surprised us the other night with it's cute, one of a kind offerings that are what I'll describe as "boho chic" and manifest themselves as dresses, pants, tops and all kinds of accessories. The shop is small but comfortable and you will be warmly greeted and helped by the owner herself (Agape) who knows what looks good on each person so she's quick with suggestions. While there are no set sizes, and the owner suggests "one size fits all", I think she means sizes 4-12ish as my friend is a size 4 and what she purchased fit off the rack and looks AMAZING on her. But even if you aren't in those sizes, stop by to see her unique collection of jewelry, handbags, hats and more one of a kind purchases. New merchandise arrives daily and since there is only one of each item, you need to stop in often to see the new inventory. Her website is being worked on currently and will make seeing the inventory that much easier, but for now it's old school- stop in and touch and feel the amazing fabrics and see the various styles. She also has a FB and Insta account, by the same name, where she showcases her products. And her prices are really reasonable with a downward stair stepped pricing model meaning the first item costs the most, and then the pricing goes down from there. So my friend got her first stunning dress for $65 and then the second one she bought was only $35-$45 or something like that- either way- you can't go wrong with two great outfits for around $100!! And if you are looking for that unique gift- check out their custom "you paint them" burned wood plates. I don't know how to describe them so you' re going to have to stop in and check them out for yourself. The designs are stunning and would make a great hostess gift.
