Based on the tags I saw like the ones from Macy's, it seems to be overstocks. This is the kind of place you want to enjoy exploring with you girlfriend or daughter. If you have that certain outfit that needs the finishing touch, you can find the perfect statement piece inexpensively. They sell a great selection of bathing suits and cover ups, beach style clothing, accessories, bags, toys, home decor, hats, sunglasses, foot wear, beach chairs, sea shells, Christmas ornaments, collectibles, and Pompano Beach and Florida themed souvenirs. Today I finally stopped in with enough time to browse this lovely boutique and lo and behold discovered if you make a Brighton $100 purchase you receive a free darling holiday "Love Dove" cross-body bag. It's very rare to find a small boutique that has similar offers as big box retailers. I was immediately impressed as I had in mind a gorgeous arm cuff (bracelet) I had seen during prior visits. What was even more impressive was that my cuff totaled $98 and while most retailers would make you buy something else to reach the full $100 before tax, they honored that amount and gifted me the free cross-body bag anyway!! So needless to say, I decided to get a second piece from them, after all. (Pic) I'm in love with my new Brighton jewelry pieces and with their great customer service. Also, today I met the owner who's name, I share - Millie. What a sweet lady who immediately drew me into conversation with her warm personality and her apology for having a stack of envelopes on the floor as she was shipping out orders. Turns out, Millie was elated that she sells an item that was featured by Oprah as one of her annual holiday favorite things - a combo key/phone finder keychain fob called "Orbit" (see pic) and was overjoyed with the amount of orders she received as a result of Oprah favs! One of the best thing to find out was that Millie's price for the "Orbit" is $32 while many other retailers is selling it as high as $40. Thus the pile of orders she was shipping out today. (See pic) This seals my love for boutique shopping and for bringing her my business. As I I told the owner this is my favorite boutique in Broward county. Such elegant and unique finds and warm, friendly and fair people.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and left me frustrated enough to walk away from what could have been a $2,000+ sale. There were two older women working during my visit. The associate assisting me was friendly, but unfortunately, she lacked knowledge about the products I was interested in--strollers, car seats, and crib promotions. She constantly had to check the computer for basic information, which made the process drag on for over an hour. Meanwhile, the other employee, who seemed more knowledgeable, was busy with another customer. To make matters worse, the store didn't have the necessary adapters available to try out the double stroller configurations, and the floor model of the stroller I was most excited about had been sold. They didn't have a replacement yet, which completely eliminated that option for me--very frustrating for a store that specializes in baby gear. I also found a crib promotion that included a dresser and changing pad, but when it came to selecting the included items, the associate was unnecessarily petty. Despite the crib sheets all being the same price, she made an issue about which ones we could choose. She also pointed out that the white mattress was more expensive than the blue, which felt very nitpicky and unhelpful. My mom and I decided to hold off and look elsewhere. But what upset me most--and ultimately led to me walking out--is how my 6-year-old daughter was treated. She had been quietly and gently playing with some baby dolls and stuffed animals on display to purchase while we shopped. As we were getting ready to leave, the employee rudely insisted she take the toys from my daughter, despite me calmly explaining that my daughter was in the process of putting them back herself. She dismissed me and harshly told my daughter she would do it, causing my daughter to cry--something she rarely does. The way she was spoken to was completely uncalled for, especially in a children's store. It's incredibly disappointing to be treated this way at a store that should be welcoming and helpful to families. I hope this review reaches the owner, because their staff not only lacked product knowledge and professionalism, but also showed an unfortunate lack of kindness and basic decency toward a child. Needless to say, we'll be shopping elsewhere.

If there is a color I love but doesn't fit, I just ask to have it fitted or possibly made custom! I have about 6 at this point that are custom made. I love them so much! I'm more on the curvy big chested side so sometimes items don't fit but doesn't hurt to ask to see if they can make it bigger. Most of the time they can ! I love that about mora!
