Jodie was always working when I visited and introduced me to this fun world of fashion. This year I was unable to visit secondary to Covid so they went viral creating a unique way to engage in some needed retail therapy. Jane was my retail ángel this time and went above and beyond helping me obtain some of the items from their FB fashion shows. She even tried them on for a visual effect. The items were mailed to my house so you don't have to be local. Such gregarious staff wanting to make your shopping experience feel as if you were their only client. The store has a mix of current items and past season. Newer shoes are 15% below retail. The older an item is, the more reduced it is. But, don't expect to buy a $450 paid of Tods for $150. The least I have seen any $450 shoe here is perhaps $300. I just love Tods driving Mocs for their soft, buttery leather. I currently own 9 pair. Yesterday was the first visit where they didn't have my size in either of the two Gommino driving shoes I selected. They located a pair in New York, but, I didn't order as I wasn't 100% sure they would fit (newest line runs a bit smaller). This is one of my "must visit" shops in Sawgrass Mills Mall.

Terrible Experience With Manager Diego at "Michael Kors" store in Aventura Mall, Miami:…read more My recent visit to the Michael Kors store in Aventura mall was extremely disappointing due to the unacceptable behavior of the manager, Diego. DIEGO SHOULD BE FIRED! I have never experienced such a complete lack of customer service, empathy, or basic professionalism. After purchasing a bag, instead of offering a simple thank-you or even basic courtesy, Diego spoke to me rudely and dismissed me with, "Yes, go." On top of that, a young woman sales associate standing at the register laughed at me when I explained that my bag changed color on 1 side after the first days: parts of it turned slightly bluish instead of the beige shade I chose. She laughed and asked "What brand are your jeans?" in a mocking tone, as if it were something to make fun of. I said that my jeans were from Zara, a good brand. It was extremely disrespectful, especially considering that everyone there works just like I do and there is nothing wrong with wearing Zara! A manager should enhance the customer experience, not ruin it. Diego showed 0 regard for how he spoke to customers and demonstrated none of the qualities expected from someone in a leadership role. His attitude, tone, and behavior were completely inappropriate, and it left me feeling disrespected and shocked. This kind of treatment is unacceptable from anyone, especially a manager representing a luxury brand. Michael Kors needs to take this seriously! No customer should ever be treated this way!

You have to love a place that stands out from all the other boutiques in terms of the styles…read moreoffered and great personal service. That is the Agape Love Collection! This little shop surprised us the other night with it's cute, one of a kind offerings that are what I'll describe as "boho chic" and manifest themselves as dresses, pants, tops and all kinds of accessories. The shop is small but comfortable and you will be warmly greeted and helped by the owner herself (Agape) who knows what looks good on each person so she's quick with suggestions. While there are no set sizes, and the owner suggests "one size fits all", I think she means sizes 4-12ish as my friend is a size 4 and what she purchased fit off the rack and looks AMAZING on her. But even if you aren't in those sizes, stop by to see her unique collection of jewelry, handbags, hats and more one of a kind purchases. New merchandise arrives daily and since there is only one of each item, you need to stop in often to see the new inventory. Her website is being worked on currently and will make seeing the inventory that much easier, but for now it's old school- stop in and touch and feel the amazing fabrics and see the various styles. She also has a FB and Insta account, by the same name, where she showcases her products. And her prices are really reasonable with a downward stair stepped pricing model meaning the first item costs the most, and then the pricing goes down from there. So my friend got her first stunning dress for $65 and then the second one she bought was only $35-$45 or something like that- either way- you can't go wrong with two great outfits for around $100!! And if you are looking for that unique gift- check out their custom "you paint them" burned wood plates. I don't know how to describe them so you' re going to have to stop in and check them out for yourself. The designs are stunning and would make a great hostess gift. Or bring along 3 of your friends and have a painting party and take your own plate home ($60 per person) The Agape Love collection. It's more than just an ordinary boutique. It's a frame of mind. Check it out!
