However, the clothing from two up for boys is not as cute ., But then, considering the hefty price tag on top just adds to the disappointment. The baby clothes up to two years old is super cute and I can see myself paying and up charge for that style of clothing that you can't find in a lot of shops in the area. However, for 2+ clothing was not so cute. Staff was very friendly. There was a lot of people on shift for being such a small store- this also meant that every minute or so a new staff member is checking in on you asking if you need help finding something specific or for a specific occasion. This can be great customer service and one point but at the same time it can be overdone. They should probably have a better system where when a new client walks in ONE Staff member can offer to assist the customer, maybe they can take turns and the next time a new customer walks in the next staff member can offer help Might someday if I have another baby or if I want to get a special gift for an infant. But otherwise would prefer to shop at other stores in the area with better selection.

Customer service was top notch at this women's clothing store in Boca Raton…read more Instantly upon entering my wife and I were greeted by the friendly sales associate and manager, who assisted my wife finding a few dresses to try on after browsing for a bit. I sat on a chair and cheered as my wife modeled a couple dresses. The majority of the merchandise are dedicated toward women over age fifty, just my opinion, but most likely true. The clothing is on the higher price range. They offer accessories like costume jewelry and cowgirl hats.

Beautiful frontage and the showroom had an open floor plan with lots of sun dresses I wear. I was the only customer inside and it was a great one on one shopping experience. I was hooked on one specific embroidered sun dress but fit too large. Alesse actually took my info and sent me back a text later that day informing me that her store could not order that dress in my size but provided a link to a reputable online store that had it in stock. I was overwhelmed by the customer service and not too many boutiques would ever do that for a customer and only push THEIR inventory. I WILL return to this Boca boutique if they keep the staff.

I've been consigning my designer items to Encore since they opened years ago. I no longer live in…read moreFL and still ship my items to them as they are literally the only store I trust to sell my stuff and I live outside of Chicago which is full of similar boutiques and I STILL send them to Chantal at Encore. I've always had a great experience from the selling side and make way more money through them with WAY less headache than dealing with something like Ebay. I'm shocked by some of the negative reviews. Being upset about the 50% cut they take? This is honestly the lowest I've seen at any truly high end consignment store. Its more typical that stores take 60% and above... Complaints about not being notified the minute an item sells? No store does that. I'm not even sure how they could. And paying all consigners at the same time each month is typical of these types of stores. I can also understand why a salesperson would be nervous about someone bringing in small children to a store like this. Kids touch stuff, can act wild, etc (yes, even the "best" kids out there lol) and at the end of the day if one of them ruins a $1000 handbag, are you prepared to pay for the damage? I'm guessing the answer is no. Long story short- small kids in a store with expensive things within arms reach will likely make staff nervous and understandably so. Anyway, I hope others can see through some of these negative reviews and give Encore a try. It really is a great store if you are in the market to buy or sell very high end designer items.
