I truly recommend Posh Consignment for both sourcing items and selling them. Veronika and her staff are friendly, professional and not pushy! Posh found me very difficult bags to find brand new! The bags were not available given their size, color, texture, yet she found them and for a good price. I am also happy with the items I have sold at Posh. I wasn't going to post my negative experience here, however, after seeing so many other comments similar to the way I felt, I believe it is necessary. Rude, condescending, "better than you" attitude were all experienced by my friend and I as well from the older sales lady. We were uncomfortable, and who wants to be spoken to in a nasty tone when you are trying to spend money? Prices were way above other consignment stores, way inflated over retail. I have enough money to purchase whatever I want in that store, but I was treated like a child. I would NEVER go back and NEVER buy anything from this store. I'll never forget my first experience here ... idk if it was the owner or manager but she was rude and acted like she was better than the customer but you work there . Not only that but there bags are pre loved overpriced my husband ended up telling them off saying we're going to Neimans and we got a better deal and a new bag . Store is super unorganized and a mess I don't recommend this consignment store there are plenty of organized better customer service consignment stores in Boca. I do recommend "Purse ladies" in Boca is near the mall. It's a great gem. They're super friendly. They're organized and the prices are great. Been going there for years now. read more

Shopping at POSH Consignment By V was honestly such a treat. Everything in the store is absolutely gorgeous, you can tell they handpick the best pieces because nothing in the store even looks used. I had so much fun looking around, it felt like every corner had something special, things that I've never even seen in regular stores. I walked out with a couple of things I'm now obsessed with and a vintage Chanel bag that is to die for. The whole experience just felt easy and enjoyable. The girls that worked there were so fun and were styling me in all the high-end designer clothes. I went to Posh yesterday for the first time. They had such incredible finds. I was a kid in the candy store. Such great pieces of clothing and shoes....and the ACCESSORIES....AMAZING!!! They do a wonderful job of sourcing product and it beautifully curated. I will be giving them my wishlist for anything I'm looking for. if you don't want your good vibe gets ruined, don't go in this store. My friend and I just left, we can confirm all the bad reviews are absolutely true. Plus their inventories are alright and most stuff are overpriced. Heard about this store from a friend and saw the reviews thought nothing of it because well- high end consignment stores tend to have very "passionate" owners just looking to sell to rich people wanting the most expensive items. To be honest this place was just not my vibe, the owner tends to excuse associates rude behavior on the comments here but that's not kosher in my opinion. Just because I'm under 30 and look young does not excuse someone acting like I'm a burden. I enjoy my thrifting , luxury consigning and nice brands like most everyone but coming all the way up from south beach , I can say there are better places in Miami with good luxury selection that is way more friendly and inviting. Miami twice , consign the times, fly boutique , etc are all great places south of here. They actually will help you source , act nice , respect privacy while shopping and don't act like you're a burden or theif or "spending daddies money" while your in there. Heed the warnings, if you're old and look rich you'll get more respect anything else is below this business. read more

I said I was and offered to show her a picture of me wearing it from earlier today and she said "no! No pictures in here!" She took time to send images of different color and leather options while educating me on the different types of leathers, hardware etc. that would be the best investment. This was a big purchase for me so I asked a million questions and she didn't get annoyed with me or push me to make a decision. The sales associate in here was the rudest woman I've ever met. I came in with my fiancé looking for an engagement dress and we saw one we liked and were so excited that we kissed one time lol! And I was about to try it on when the lady rushed around to us and said we are being inappropriate and basically kicked us out and said if we don't try anything to leave if we aren't going to buy!
