found the dress that was perfect for my grandsons wedding and Lynne was amazing and knew exactly what I needed

Our second bridal gown store today and had to hit this famed Boca Raton location. Lots of service assistance and several different brand designers from Peace of Cloth, Jenvie, Sherri Hill, Milly and Elana. Clearance racks in the far back of the store including dress shoes from $39.00, fifty percent off assorted gowns and $99.00 final sales of fancy gowns. Nothing purchased today but will return tomorrow with another set of eyes for a second opinion. read more

This women's formal wear boutique has a lot of inventory by major names and have been here several times. Today I found a black dress by Terani and it looked flattering on me so I bought it at a great price of $460.00. Andrea assisted me and alerted me that other dresses came in but not as nice as the one I found. read more

I was looking for prom dresses a month in advance and I was on the Sherri Hill website looking for a specific style of dress and color. They led me to going to "Mario Pucci", so I called the store to get a clear picture of what they have available in store and if they have in my size available in store. Before I go, I called to make sure they know I will be going and that I am coming from very far! Went from Miami to Boca Raton, a whole hour away! They told me not to worry and to go nonetheless; I get to the store and I am just browsing, looking around very carefully, and just trying to see what they have in store. I get approached from one of the workers there and i very quickly ask her if she has the style of dress I'm looking for in my size. I also tell her how I called earlier today and a week before, to make sure that they some sizes in store. She quickly is very upset and weirdly frustrated with me; She takes me to the other side of the store and she was frantically looking for one of her coworkers. She gets ahold of the lady I talked to and she confirms everything I said but the one who first greeted me was still mad and kinda confused. She then gives me a dress to try on that isn't the same brand or size that I asked for, nonetheless I still tried it on. After trying on a 14, she tried convincing me that I was a 18? She constantly made weird comments and remarks; I didn't really ask for any of these comments and just wanted a dress. At some point I even pointed out how I just wanted to try a 12 because I have worn a 12 in a Jovani dress in another store but she didn't take that seriously I guess?!? There were other nicer workers but to be completely honest I don't recommend this store. I felt completely uncomfortable and weirdly judged; the dresses are beautiful do not get me wrong! But I value customer service a lot and I was not given that properly. If you are anything other than a size 8, go looking somewhere else! I called MULTIPLE times to make sure they carried my sizes in store, yet when I got there, they were scrambling to find a size 12?!?! I have gone shopping in multiple prom stores and have never experienced this, I felt like I was watching a bad version of Mean Girls. The other workers were really nice, but my experience was completely overshadowed by this rude lady. PLEASE EXPAND UR SIZING IN STORE read more

Purchased a $825 MOG dress and tried to exchange it for another dress 3 days after. I did not want a refund, just a simple exchange. They refused to let me do this. They knew the wedding was not until December 2025. The tags were still on and the dress was never altered. I went to Madame Bridal in Boynton Beach and ordered a dress online. The owner assured me that if I was unhappy with the dress once I received it, he would exchange it. Fortunately, the dress came in and I loved it! Madame Bridal had great customer service and truly cares about their customers. Extremely unhappy with Mario Pucci and will never go back there again or recommend it. Had to put one star to post this, but they don't deserve any!!! read more

Worked with Lynn! She was fabulous and very helpful! I highly recommend this store.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Mario Pucci. I love my gown and the service. Go shopping

Andrea was so fantastic to work with. She found exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Mario Pucci!

I am not prone to writing reviews but I must tell you about the HORRIBLE customer service that this store exhibits. I bought a black Terani Couture evening gown for my son's wedding. I lost a lot of weight and took the dress to my seamstress and she said it would cost more to alter than the actual purchase price of this gown. I called the store and asked if I could exchange the dress for the exact same dress in a smaller size. I was told in a rude tone of voice that they do not take returns or exchanges . I said I couldn't understand if it was the same dress.. I had not worn the original dress - it still has the tags on it. It makes no sense because that specific dress is still being sold in fancy stores (it had not been discontinued) and in fact, was selling for a higher price than I bought it. If they took back my larger dress, they could sell it in no time for an even higher price than I bought it. The answer was a firm no with no flexibility. And both people I spoke with, Carol and Hermine were rude and would not listen to reason. I will never shop at Mario Pucci again. I lost over $400 for no rational reason. read more

Seems to be difficult to find dresses for special occasions in person these days. My daughter's bat-mitzvah is later this year and while i have plenty of time to shop, figured I'd go check out Mario Pucci to see if worth coming with her the next time we are in town. They have a huge selection of gowns, other dresses, clothing, shoes etc for women and teens. The majority of dresses I saw for younger girls were the brand jovani. I saw one that would be perfect for my daughter so I probably will take her back the next time we're in town. As for myself I've seen better options online, but I think would be worth checking out again in the future. My mother and I looked thru dresses for about 20 minutes before someone finally approached us and asked if we need help, but they were busy with many other women who were looking for dresses for a special occasion. I had fun browsing this time, but look forward to doing some shopping next time! read more

Outstanding customer service. Last December I went into Mario Pucci to look for a specific dress for my son's wedding that I had seen at another store in Delray Beach. The other store lead me to believe I could order this dress anytime without a problem but that was not the case. When I got to Mario Pucci Francine was there to greet me and was beyond helpful not only did she have the dress for me to try on and order she offered it to me less than the other store. Great customer care and great price. My dress was in less than 3 weeks later with minor changes we made were done to perfection. Yesterday 10/14/25 I went for my first fitting and everyone working there were unbelievable. The dress will be ready in a week which I asked for and the price of the alterations were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Mario Pucci to everyone my experiences there was the absolute the best and the staff went above amd beyond read more

Deception all the way in this Boca Raton Women's Boutique They advertise 10% off the next purchase if you write a 5 star review on yelp. When questioned, they told me "oh no" only if you purchase a gown. This week was tax free week on clothes. They charged me tax and when questioned they said they don't have to follow the law. They are not MACY'S! Very nasty and rude salespeople. What a disgrace!! read more

Very unfortunate experience. Poor coordination between seller-fitters and dressmakers. Dress never as promised, every minor alteration ran up price when it was incorrectly submitted by salesperson or misinterpreted by seamstress. Would not recommend. Store is surviving on a name which is fictitious My wife , a sweet, lovely being, was crushed with high hopes which were dashed by incompetence and lack of coordination between fitter and seamstress. read more

I agree with the other comments. The staff is super rude but their clothes are amazing but yeah pricy. When I told the lady I wanted a gala dress for $500.00 she walked away, lol. I ended up spending almost $1,000.00 because my party was the next day and I didn't have time to waist. I gave 3 stars because I loved the gala dress I purchased there. It was a success and all worth it! My sister, who's getting married will not go to stores for a wedding dress or bridesmaids dress that have bad reviews. I would probably go back because women (sales person) in a bad mood, do not bother me, they need to be loved too. read more

Reading the reviews I was very surprised they were so negative. My sister and I took Mom for a dress for sisters's daughters wedding. Sister already a happy customer as she bought her dress weeks ago here. The sales staff were so very helpful, patient and knew the inventory. She asked very directed questions about what mom was looking for. She came up quickly with several suggestions and outfits. Patiently helped mom Tyler them on. Mom walked out with her dress and an appointment for her alterations. The store was a little pricey but I think they know their clientele. There were things I would not wear but there were definitely some gem pieces in the store. I would definitely consider this place again. I would not believe everything you read. read more

Every single time I visit this clothes store, the sales personnel are so helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond to find items for you. The store has a very wide variety of clothing for every style and size. I always seem have plenty of things to try on and have a hard time deciding what to buy. They also have shoes and accessories which makes everything easier to co-ordinate. Their purchasing and displaying is very fashion forward.
