Reading the reviews I was very surprised they were so negative. My sister and I took Mom for a dress for sisters's daughters wedding. Sister already a happy customer as she bought her dress weeks ago here. The sales staff were so very helpful, patient and knew the inventory. She asked very directed questions about what mom was looking for. She came up quickly with several suggestions and outfits. Patiently helped mom Tyler them on. Mom walked out with her dress and an appointment for her alterations. The store was a little pricey but I think they know their clientele. There were things I would not wear but there were definitely some gem pieces in the store. I would definitely consider this place again. I would not believe everything you read. read more

Every single time I visit this clothes store, the sales personnel are so helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond to find items for you. The store has a very wide variety of clothing for every style and size. I always seem have plenty of things to try on and have a hard time deciding what to buy. They also have shoes and accessories which makes everything easier to co-ordinate. Their purchasing and displaying is very fashion forward. I always seem to get huge compliments when I wear their items. read more

I went into Mario Pucci Boca looking for an outfit for my nieces wedding in NJ in November! I was immediately asked if I needed help and of course answered affirmatively ! A saleswoman then asked me what I was looking for and after having a short conversation she found me what I was looking for, dressy pants and a tops! Another sales lady joined in and did find me the perfect pants and top which I bought! They then sent me next door for the perfect shoes to go with the outfit and I was again helped and bought the perfect pair of shoes for the outfit! Thank you Mario Pucci! read more

Thank you to Carol and all the staff at Mario Pucci. Was shopping with my good friend for a special occasion dress. They have the best selection, we'd been to two other places prior to driving 50 minutes to this store. Loved how friendly and helpful Carol was as well as the other staff who came over to help us make a decision, plus sometimes salespeople can be pushy and Carol was the opposite. My friend bought a Reasonably priced gorgeous show stopping dress, that easily looks like we paid double ! we couldn't be happier! Next time we will make this our first stop. read more

Today I went to this store and had the worst experience of my life. This woman who works at the store was cursing in the parking lot screaming telling someone to move her f****** car even though the car was blocked in by a UPS truck! There was no way to move the car bc it was blocked! How dense can you be! This was the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! I will never go back again! read more

There was a lot of people on shift for being such a small store- this also meant that every minute or so a new staff member is checking in on you asking if you need help finding something specific or for a specific occasion. This can be great customer service and one point but at the same time it can be overdone. They should probably have a better system where when a new client walks in ONE Staff member can offer to assist the customer, maybe they can take turns and the next time a new customer walks in the next staff member can offer help Might someday if I have another baby or if I want to get a special gift for an infant. But otherwise would prefer to shop at other stores in the area with better selection.

I was in need of a last minute gown and shoes for an event after I ordered a dress from another company and it never came! After calling the store to ask about what they had in stock I went in to Mario Pucci so stressed out and left feeling a huge sense of relief after a wonderful saleswoman named Hermie helped me find the dress of my dreams and fit me in last minute for alterations and I even got shoes also!. Thank you so much. I don't remember last time I had such an exceptional experience in a clothing store. this isn't your run of the mill department store like nordstrom/ Saks. they have unique pieces and really care about their customers. Honestly I just read some other reviews and I am shocked. I saw that a lot of the reviews are about return policies..but what do people expect from a literal Specialty BOUTIQUE? I respect and understand the return policies in place and they definitely did not try to hide their policies. I really had a good laugh at one of the reviews because when you go up to pay there are very clear signs about the policies. Wait also I have to mention I think her name is Carol .. the front desk girl. what a personality she really made the whole experience good fun and I left feeling confident and happy. What a fabulous store beautiful gowns and plenty to choose from There staff is amazing they are so helpful and patient I tried on so many gowns. And my sales girl Vi never got annoyed that she had to keep hanging them up lol I felt really bad tho. Anyway she brought me a gown to try on and I took one look at it and said to myself oh no don't like it but she was so nice to me I didn't have the heart to say no Well guess what she really knows her stuff cause when I put it on my husbands face dropped and the whole shop turned around to look when I looked in the mirror I said WOW this is the dress. The manager Michelle was so accommodating. She got the seamstress to do the alterations and when I went back that dress fit me like a glove. The front desk also gave me the appointments I needed according to my schedule not there's, I will post pictures after may 11 that's when my daughter is getting married don't want to show anyone the dress before. I went to Mario Pucci to look for my daughter's prom dress way before prom season. I told them what we were looking for. They were kind enough to call us when new shipments of dresses came in that matched what we wanted. There were so many beautiful dresses it was hard to choose. The salespeople and the owner really took the time to show us all of our options. They were able to special order the dress we wanted which we received within a few weeks. Carol made sure to set us up with alteration appointments so we would not be closed out as they are very busy that time of year. We just went for our final fitting today. The dress is magnificent. The seamstress did an amazing job of altering a dress with complex detail/beading. It fit perfectly. I could not be happier with the customer service I received. My daughter looks incredible in her dress. I am so thankful to Mario Pucci and their staff. read more

This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a formal dress. The personal attention and gorgeous inventory of formal dresses was unsurpassed. From the second I entered the store I received personal attention from the manager as well as every employee that I encountered. They all knew that I was the mother-of-the groom, were totally committed to making sure that I would find the perfect dress for such a special occasion, and gave me recommendations for shoes and the perfect accessories The fitting was complicated and the dressmaker, who made multiple adjustments, was top-notch. BUYER BEWARE~ Be sure to check out all their reviews. This was the worst retail experience. We went to Mario Pucci looking for a prom dress for my daughter. The dress was "mislabeled" and had the wrong designer tag sewn in the back. Unsure of the authenticity of the stores dresses, they were unwilling to give us any style numbers to verify if they even carry real designer dresses. The sales people were rude and undertrained to handle customer service. The owner called, texted and emailed us with threats repeatedly after we questioned the dress and then even more after we did a review. The other reviews show this as a pattern of behavior for Mario Pucci along with their dresses falling apart after purchase. Located in a strip mall. Do your homework before you venture over, not a good reputation. We will not be returning. read more

I am not one whom normally writes reviews but after my wonderful shopping experience to get some sweaters and Blouses at Mario Pucci it was well deserved to applaud this amazing boutique. As soon I walked in I was greeted with happy smile and asked if anything they could help me with. Once they figured out my taste and what I was looking for it was such an enjoyable shopping experience. They couldn't be nicer and sweeter. I will be sure to go back especially for the evening gown I need for upcoming black tie. I have never seen a huge selection of dresses in one store and accommodating they are until the individual "Says YES TO THE DRESS." Just watching them cater to some other customers trying on dresses was so magical and enjoyable. read more

This is my first ever yelp review... I wanted to write this because I am so happy I stumbled upon this store! I don't know where to start! I have been searching all over (New York, Miami, Palm Beach, Atlanta) for dresses for my wedding weekend and felt like I hit the jackpot at Mario Pucci!! The service in this store was beyond my expectations! Hermy, Carol, and Francine were 3 or the NICEST, most helpful people that I've worked with. They were not only kind and helpful, but also honest! They didn't try to force a purchase on me and honestly told me what looked good and what didn't. What a pleasant and FUN shopping experience after so many dead ends and frustration. We travelled from Montreal to Florida to find dresses for my mother and bridal party. After going to many dress shops, we were so discouraged and thought we would never find anything original or beautiful for my wedding. Lucky for us, we fell across Mario Pucci- the MOST AMAZING EVENING GOWN SHOP. Believe me when I say that dress shops with this much selection and originality are hard to come by. We couldn't believe how many beautiful options we had. we left with not one, but two incredible gowns ! With so many options to buy beautiful gowns in South Florida can someone explain to me why you would give your money to the most disgusting owner and sales people walking this earth. NASTY NASTY people from the woman that answers the phone to the awful nasty owner that really doesnt give a shit if you shop in her store or not!!! No store owner should treat people the way she does! How dare she be privileged to own a business in Boca Raton and be such an awful human being? I had the best experience in this store as well as their shoe store. I am not a big shopper but the staff made me feel totally comfortable and let me take my time looking around. I bought a beautiful blouse and 2 pairs of jeans. The salespeople could not have been nicer. The owner is a doll as well. I then went a few doors down to their shoe store and was able to find 3 pairs of shoes that I've gotten a bunch of compliments on. I will definitely go back and bring my friends. I can see why they've been around as long as they have. Highly recommend! read more

After searching for a mother of the groom dress in New York City to no avail I took a drive while in Florida to Mario Pucci in Boca Raton with little to no expectations. I felt a bit overwhelmed when I entered the store but as soon as Hermy offered assistance I felt totally comfortable. She showed me dresses in numerous styles and colors until we found "THE ONE". The alterations were so professionally done that the dress looked like it was custom made. I could not be happier with my experience and would recommend Mario Pucci to anyone! read more

WOW WOW WOW! I couldn't not write a review about the BEST shopping experience at Mario Pucci this week whilst visiting the area from the UK. Both Francine & Georgia helped me pick out an outfit for my rehearsal dinner, along with some lovely bits for my Hen Do & Honey Moon. I can't compliment them enough on their level of service, they made me feel pampered and looked after - no question, or ask was to much! Went to Mario Pucci for my girls Bat Mitzvah dresses. They have the best selection of anywhere else by far, they have multiple people that work together to help you, they make it fast and easy, every person was a pleasure to work with, they went out of their way to accommodate me, my girls got the most beautiful dresses and shoes for their special day, just an all around fabulous experience and wonderful store. The experience we had at the store this morning was truly more than I could have asked for. We started Bat Mitzvah dress shopping for our twin girls today and I thought the day would have been a nightmare. Mario Pucci was our first (and last) place to find dresses. My daughter and I went into Mario Pucci for a prom gown. A wonderful young lady helped my daughter and made her feel so welcome. My daughter chose a gown and the associate helped with shoes from Mario Pucci shoes. The next step was alterations with are done in house. The seamstress pinned the gown and we were done. We had looked at so many dresses and should have gone to Mario Pucci first. The gown selection is by far the best in Florida. read more

This is a beautiful shop, they have a wide range of gowns, dresses, and accessories. My daughters friend told us to check out this store in Boca for prom. After hearing a lot about it we went to check it out, the employees were very helpful and welcoming. I read over some negative reviews and completely disagree.
