I had been visiting from out of town and seeking a cool designer belt so wanted to give this place a shot. The ladies that work there were very nice and offered help upon walking in, I told them what I was looking for and they immediately start looking for belts, so nice! They had a good variety but none that really spoke to me this time. I poked around every inch in here and they had some great labels. For me, the 'age' of the items in the store was more in the 50+ so great labels but not for me. If they got some stuff in there (designer) and offered good prices, they'd get a few more clients in a younger demographic because overall this place was a great little find. They were nice as ever, offered their help, had all good quality consignment items and seemingly reasonable prices. I'll make this a pit stop whenever I'm in town, my belt is out there! read more

Oh my goodness!!!! I am so happy I found this place. I went in to get shoes and a necklace for a wedding. I had my dress in the car. Jen (the owner, I believe) asked me to go get the dress and try it on... so I did. I came out of the dressing room to start browsing and within a matter of 5 minutes, she had picked out shoes and necklace & bracelet that went absolutely perfectly with the dress!!! Very poor customer service. I went into store approximately 1 month ago & spoke w/ owner re: bringing in clothes for possible consignment. She promptly suggested I come back mid Feb, after describing what type of clothing she prefers. I asked if I needed appt, & she said no, to just drop by w/ clothing- which I did...handfuls, not easy task. Owner not there, her staff told me to come back in 2 hrs, 2nd trip out there everyone seemed busy, owner saw me come in & obviously knew I had dropped off clothes for her to browse through. One of the staff came over & to be quite frank was RUDE. She abruptly said "oh, she's not taking anymore clothes right now"- SO...rather than owner coming over & discussing anything or even a quick "I'm sorry it didn't work out, so overwhelmed ", just rudely dismissed in there. I WILL NEVER RETURN & DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR CONSIGNMENT BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NEVER RUN A STORE IN THIS MANNER...ever. read more
